This post is not specific to the location only to the call center! Please do not call this place! They are very pushy even after telling them what they have available is not what you are looking for they will call you back. I understand this is what they are paid to do but come on! Also please note when calling to rent there is a $20-30 fee and they will quote you more (9x5 $70 wheb listed online for $60) than what is listed online!

My daughter is a struggling college student and has a unit there, she downsized to a smaller unit and when we went to transfer the items we were locked out of the gate. After going through hoops to speak to customer service, we were finally able to get inside just to find out the locks had been changed on the unit! We were told by the lady in the office that someone else had acquired the unit is why the lock was changed, then she said it was changed due to the unit being up for auction, mind you my daughter is a struggling college student so the unit has been up for auction 4 times and the lock was NEVER changed! Now we are being told we have a third set of key and we must have lost them so we have to get a locksmith to take off the lock and we are going to be charged for another month! This is heartbreaking all of my daughters things are in that storage unit and the new unit is sitting there empty! To add insult to injury customer service has hung up in our face more than one time and I have recorded all conversations. This has to be illegal, this is scamming and stealing from people who are already poor!

Brandi has been here for two years and she is always extremely helpful when I need it and don’t know information!!! I always see her picking up any trash around facility, insuring that it is clean !!!!

I wanted to say everytime i’m here laura makes my experience goes so smoothly. She It’s amazing. She definitely does 110% every day I’ve needed her assistance. She alone makes me want to stay with public storage

I just wanna say that Laura, the lady who works at this location, was amazing! Her customer service skills are top tier. Most storage companies have rude people who don't care enough to be bothered, but Laura is an exception! Just because of her I'm recommending your location.

Laura is awesome at her job, I can't believe that corporate people took away their break room at this location. Place still looks great but, I still vote for all people to have a break room at work.
