The rental process is amazing and quick my points have been missing for over a year and I have not had anything but my rental status updated my rental points have not been given to me and there is not a 1-800 number to call to get the situation resolve you have to just wait on slugmail AKA email and hope that someone will get back to you which is a major let down

My husband and I traveled to Indianapolis last year for a wedding rented a car. We were then backed into in a parking lot got a police report had insurance on the car and for some reason this place decided to come after us for all the damages do not recommend renting from them. They are trash company. They are trying to charge us almost $800 worth of damages.

Worst experience ever. Rented a car in Indianapolis and traveled to destin Florida with no Ac, navigation, plate light, brake light. Dashboard screen went all black. Charging ports not working . Not the best travels with 4 kids.Agent wanted me to drive to New Orleans and pay for a new rental. 5 hours away from our location.

I’ve rented from Sixt a total of 3 times, 2 through the dealership because they were out of their dealer cars and once because nobody else had anything available, each time the process was awful.
The staff are rude at the service counter and the cars are disgustingly filthy inside and out. I’ve had to take each car I’ve rented to be cleaned. They always smell like pets or smoke. My most recent one was well overdue for maintenance, has error messages on the dash because there is no engine oil, and shakes violently from the gas pedal, steering wheel, and even the front and back seats when over 60 mph on the interstate. I’m currently trying to swap it out but with it being through a dealership I don’t know the process. But regardless Sixt should not have vehicles out in production when they are overdue for maintenance and have driving issues.
I would avoid this location if you can help it. The cars are always filthy and it’s just not a good experience. This last rental with overdue maintenance issues was the last straw for me.

Great pricing, actually drove 10 miles to picjlk up because another company within 1 mile was $300 more for rental.

I had to rent a car due to mine being in the shop. There was a technical issue when I rented the car but at check out Jared took care of it. I was actually stressed about the check out process due to the issue. By the time I left, it had been resolved. I will definitely rent a car from them again in the future.

Rented car via Priceline and everything was going okay until I actually went up there to get the rental. I feel like because I was black the lady tried to add rules to renting with them. I am from out of town and only had my debit card so once she saw my identification and my debit card she stated because I was out of town I have to only use credit card so then my cousin decided to rent the car and use her credit card and the lady stated a deposit will be added which is weird because a deposit is usually only added when using a DEBIT CARD. I honestly feel like because I was black she tried to find a way to not service me then when my cousin tried to help she tried to add a deposit. By the reviews yall won’t last too long being that yall manager is rude, yall don’t return funds and now yall racist

Booked rental online...smooth pick up, nice car. Cost of adding insurance as supplement to car insurance held was a bit pricey at $30 per day.

Take pictures of the vehicle they rent out to you once you get it. They will charge you for damage that was done previously before you rented. Then won’t show you records of the previous inspection

I book a premium car online from atlanta airport , I didn’t notice that they require ur age of 25+ , so they couldn’t give me that car and they didnt have any other car to rent so they cancelled my reservation and refused to refund my money of $400 !!!
