Staff is friendly, they sell beautiful healthy plants at a decent price. All the plants I have bought from here are always "bug free" , compared to big box stores & they usually have a clearance area in the 2nd half of the store. This is 1 of the reasons I love shopping in fountain square, most of the shops have huge plants displayed in their stores

We're fairly new plant owners and had a lot of questions immediately upon entering -- the variety of plants Snakeroot has was beautifully overwhelming. Truthfully, the plants we encountered here were unlike the majority of plants we had become familiar with while visiting big chain stores. Both people working were incredibly helpful in letting us know what plants would work best in our home -- even being truthful about what plants hadn't survived in their own homes. I loved feeling confident in my purchase and am so excited to add these string of pearls to our home
