Awesome experience. Daniel, Diego, Eddie Jr/Sr really made the moving fast and efficient. Didn’t damage any walls or furniture. They really knew what they were doing. Daniel, Diego, and Madison had packed our townhouse in record time the day before. Would definitely use them again!

I have had a pleasant experience with Soft Touch Moving and would highly recommend. The service was excellent from the first point of contact. Eric provided a very accurate and fair quote and was abled to answer my many questions and discuss my many concerns. Moving day went very well, the truck and three movers showed up on time. Jason, Jesse and Lee were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. These men went above and beyond my expectations and I appreciate the time and patience involved. I would like to thank Soft Touch Moving for the excellent customer service provided.

The three men who moved our stuff yesterday were nothing but polite and professional. Everything was in good shape and nothing was broken. They were extremely patient with us as well. Would recommend them to anyone

I used them back in August for an apartment to apartment move. At one point in the navigating the whole process, my dad stepped in and became the point person. They were able to work with the both of us and all my concerns with ease. I didn’t feel like a bothersome or my concerns and requests were abnormal. Very communicative and very professional.I wasn’t worried about insurance. But I know a lot of people are worried about it. It is the industry standard for 60¢/pound. I didn’t try to get more but they seem like they would work with you on paying a higher price for increased coverage.If and when I have to move again, I will be using them again.

Everyone I dealt with was over the top friendly and polite. I called several times with questions trying to coordinate and be prepared and they were always awesome about helping. Valuables were packed carefully, nothing broke at all in our move. They packed, loaded, and unloaded quickly, and came it at the low end of their estimate when all was said and done.All in all, everyone everyone was great, helpful, and super conscious and prompt with addressing any questions or needs we had. Would recommend them to anyone.

I use Soft Touch Moving to take care of moving some items in our school building. They were very quick with their response in getting a quote, and after accepting the quote they were very prompt and professional. The team that came out was amazing and handled our items with extreme care. I HIGHLY recommend this company for your moving needs!!

The lady that scheduled my move was very friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond for me when a wrench was thrown into the plans very last minute. She even ended up sending me 3 movers and still only charged me for the 2 that were planned. The gentlemen that did my move were prompt, professional, and very considerate of doing their best not to track mud into my house when my land lord refused to put the plywood down he had promised.Honestly, these guys had a lot of challenges helping me move and they went above and beyond every time and were pretty quick about it. Also they were great packing stuff into the truck and using every inch they could get.I definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future. :D

The team did an amazing job unloading our relocubes from our cross-country move. They were very efficient, friendly and careful, while being reasonably priced. I would definitely contact them in the future if we were to move again. Thank you!

Monica and her crew were very easy to deal with. The moving crew, Jason and Lee, were very professional despite working 9 hrs almost nonstop.Our move ended up costing more than expected, but overall I feel Soft Touch was the right company to handle our project. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I was hesitant to hire movers, mostly because I've never hired movers before and didn’t know what to expect. Lance and Jason, the team members who were assigned to my move, were incredibly professional and helpful. They arrived on time and immediately got to work assessing what I had in my apartment and starting to get the furniture ready to be transported. They were delicate with my belongings while also being efficient with getting everything onto the truck. They dropped off a washer and dryer I needed to move to a separate location. When they got to my new apartment to unload everything else, they were efficient moving all the furniture in and getting it settled in the proper spaces. I was impressed not only with how efficiently and carefully they moved everything, but also with their professionalism and kindness in handling the entire move. Shoutout to Monica and Madison, as well, for coordinating everything prior to my move.Thank you again to Jason, Lance, and the rest of the team for making this experience smooth and extremely easy. I appreciate all the work the team did!

Soft Touch was fantastic to work with. The woman I spoke to (Madison? I'm bad with names) was very nice and kept me in the loop about when the movers were on their way and made sure to answer any questions I had.The movers themselves were fantastic. High energy, funny, polite, and fast! They took great care of my things and went above and beyond to make sure my stuff was in the right place and accessible to make unpacking easier. Can't recommend them enough, they really made my move less stressful.Soft Touch also has a really cool online estimator that is easy to use and gives you a pretty accurate estimate on the move so the price tag doesn't surprise you on the day of the move.

I honestly was so impressed with this moving company. They came and helped pack up a room that belonged to my mother, and when she recently passed away I had a hard time attempting to pack it up myself. The movers and packers went above and BEYOND my expectations and the quote for everything was so reasonable. I honestly couldn't be happier for the smooth transition into my new apartment. Everyone worked so quickly, no damages, and always very responsive. Thank you so much for everything. If I move again in the future, I'll be sure to use your services again!
