Would give a - star if I could, they dropped me with no notice and no reasoning after being a patient for 20+ years. No medication refills, won’t let me speak with a dr. The front desk attendant is very very very disrespectful and mean.

The newest front desk woman, Cheryl is so sweet! Front desk staff has been very mean for years so she is a nice addition. Very kind and did her best to get me in for a last minute appointment.

This place is terrible at communication. David Williams will not look you in the eyes during your appointment. Short and sweet visit with little to no resolution until the next copay. And yes, the walls are as thin as a previous review suggested. Pray you don’t need to be in touch with the doctor or nurse, as you will not receive a call back.Look anywhere else for health care. You deserve it

VERY Disappointing, I won't be going back. Front office staff was friendly and professional. But...1) THIN WALLS. I could hear the consult in the room next door just sitting in my chair. A patient was being treated for hypertension and leg pain. Thankfully, no names were used, but if they had been - I would have heard it.2) Dr. David Williams walks into the room wearing sneakers, baggy blue jeans, a golf shirt, and a crusty looking baseball cap. But hey, he's got a stethoscope around his neck, so I guess everything is OK. Have our professionals stopped dressing professionally?3) At the close of my appointment, with the door wide OPEN, Dr. Williams standing in the hall loudly proclaims that he will work on my referral for a colonoscopy. So now everyone else knows. HIPAA? Need to know? Common courtesy and privacy?4) Did not wash his hands upon entry, did not wash his hands when exiting, and I don't recall hearing him washing his hands in the room with the patient next door just before my appointment.Between the lack of BASIC aseptic technique, insensitive privacy practices, and a "Friday night at the bar" presentation, I won't be going back.

I was a patient of Dr. Cynthia Williams who deserves a 5 star, but the office manager at this office has dismissed me as a patient with no notice and has left me without my medications, all because I had a small balance on my account which I always pay when I come back in the office to get my refills. Now I am left without a doctor for months. I now will be getting frequent migraines which will cause me to loose work and if I can't find a doctor soon and maybe my job. So thanks for that! Doctors are great here but like most places managed by incompetent and soulless people.

I love Dr. Cindy, she cares about people . Shes more like a friend than a dr. I wouldn't go anywhere else. So thankful my daughter recommended her to me years ago!

Dr.Ruley is the best. He was my primary care doctor for over 10 yrs. Knows me the best. But be careful. Switched pcs bc of female problems and in the fine print once your medical records are sent over to the new PC you CANNOT go back to you PC at this office. I am very upset ? this is so unbelievable. This is a stupid rule and should not be in place. Where do I go from here huh? To some random doc that dosent know me. Thanks alot, bc of the offices stupid rule I am left completely and utterly defeated? Giving one star for office rule. Dr Ruley deserves 10 ⭐s

I have been going to Southside Family Medical Group for over 12y... Dr. Goul, her nursing staff and the ladies who work the front desk check in are all helpful, answer your questions and are professional, and make it enjoyable when visiting no Mather if your sick, getting an annual check up, shots or blood draw. They are in the St.. Frances network, and take just about Ll medical insurance. Definitely recommend.

I love dr. Cindy she understands me and listens to me my needs and meet the best she can. I've only had two doctors during most of my adult life and my first doctor he retired, I found dr. Cynthia through my daughter.

Only with Dr. David Williams because we cannot afford to switch doctors at the moment. The nurses are always rude and have been for years, even as a child I can remember. The wait for your appointment is always at least 30-35 minutes. You have an appointment for 1:30? You won’t make it into the examine room until at least 2:00. David Williams does not care as a doctor, he’s a pathetic excuse for one. He has single handedly been the reason so many members of our family continued to have medical issues because of his failure to address them properly in the beginning. You cannot come to him with any medical issue without him throwing medication in your face, never offering any other alternatives. I cannot stand going in anymore and refuse to even when I need medications refilled. Avoid David Williams at all costs, as well as the rude, good for nothing nurses at the front desk.

Love Dr Goul & her nurse. Have been coming since they opened. Unfortunately, her office team has been absolutely terrible for too long. I've lost confidence due to the incompetence and lack of caring.

I've been at this place since they opened up, Dr. David Williams is an amazing guy very personable man. The nurses and the staff are very amazing people. You couldn't ask for a better group of people, totally changed my opinion of a Dr's office. In an amazing way.
