open 24 hours but every time i come here they’re closed for some reason. its 5:09 in the morning and the dude is outside smoking a blunt instead of having the store open. there is literally always something with this speedway

Saw a cashier basically assault a customer because the customer said calm down. The lady lost it on him. Came around and got in his face threatening to beat him up. Wow. I definitely don’t feel safe in this store with employees like that.

If I could do all zeros I would the service is horrible and they never know how 2 do anything and it's always a problem......zero out of 10 Do Not Recommend!

I have standing in line for 30 minutes and when I came earlier they were not even open at 9 in the morning every time o go to this store . Yes evety time I go to that store they say that there closed and the third shift guy just was rude to me by throwing my received in the trash right after I asked for II said that screw up.Because yeah it is and you just gotta deal with it

The store is always clean, and they always have a decent selection of snacks and drinks at great or decent prices, the employees, and cashiers are professional.

There’s WATER in the diesel!!! I pull up to the station, pump $150 of DIESEL FUEL! Immediately after pumping, my truck wouldn’t start. I them get a display across my dash that says “ Water in fuel.” I call roadside, upon their arrival, they open the fuel/water separator and begin pumping. We pumped for over an hour. Finally the tech says, this ENTIRE TANK IS CONTAMINATED. We had to siphon out all 40 gallons of gas.
I tried asking the staff for information- NO HELP. I then had to call the police to file a report because not I’m out of $150 in fuel, a days pay because the truck was immobile for most of the day, and a $1,200 service repair to get all the water out of the tank.
Do NOT FUEL HERE. Below are just a few samples of how clearly you can see how water was mostly in those pumps. After the police left, the staff decided to flag the diesel pumps.

Every time I go in this location I am in line with at least 15 people and wait almost 20 minutes. They only have one cashier to help everyone. And I think the new policy that 711 is implementing is stupid. I can understand why you need to card those who appear under the age of 21 for cigarettes, but when someone comes in the age of 66 and has to walk back out to their car to get their ID because of a new store policy, that’s it for me. I have been going to this location since it was gas America. I will no longer go to this location because of this new policy. I’m 66 years old and should not have to show my ID to prove that I’m 21 years old every time I wanna buy a pack of smokes. This holds up the lineand your lines are already too freaking long. Get two more cashiers and act like you’re there to help the customers.

Wednesday night at 1:15 am, i attempt to walk into the store, to be told by the night clerk(a younger, black lady) that the system was down. I find that funny because she was in her car smoking weed with who i assume is her boyfriend. I am a loyal speedy customer, hopefully you all rectify this issue.

Let me start by saying the manager at this location is a great person and wants to provide the best service. When she is there, there is always great service. Unfortunately, there was a Mary and a guy and another gal. Apparently, their lack of action in keeping the restrooms supplied is the customer's fault, and any questions cause them to get upset and call the police. This is unacceptable as they just start yelling and never did anything but call the police. All the employees refused to identify themselves and worked hard to keep from being identified for their actions. I guess the make people responsible for the store when they don't think about the services they provide and heaven forbid if you ask them for help. Again, know the overall store manager is a great person, and she will be very upset with this comment. But, this happened. I also didn't like the names I was called when trying to identify the person's who were responsible for this. This is an example of what is not customer service.
