Some complaints include coffee machines frequently being down and new coffee cups that are too hot to hold without double stacking, as sleeves are not provided. The gas station inside store area has always kind of dingy and floors are always dirty. I know they get a lot of traffic but still it doesn’t look like it’s mopped. Service is always good and the staff is very friendly.
