Objectively one of, if not the, worst haircuts I’ve ever received. I’ve had my hair cut better by students for $10. I’ve even cut my own hair with better results.
No blending, uneven trimming, and no apparent knowledge of how to work with someone’s hair. Cannot believe they charge $30 for amateurs to cut hair.

Felicia took great care of my husband & son & gave them both unique haircuts according to their daily routines, recommended great products for them, & engaged in great conversation! I will be returning to the fishers location to see Felicia again soon!

I took my son here for a haircut before vacation, just a trim which we specifically stated more than once to Tyisha before she began, I also let her know that with my son having curls she would need to take that into account because his hair would end up was shorter once it dries and the curls get to curlin ?
Tyisha acknowledged us and indicated she understood yet somehow she either disregarded that conversation all together or just did her thing and was like “fk these people, this kid will take what I decide to give”
DO NOT GET SERVICES WITH THIS PERSON!!! I am telling you she won’t do what you ask.
We paid her and tipped her because regardless of the fact that she totally could care less what my son wanted she did provide a service just not at all what we asked for. It’s a real shame that people don’t take the time to listen to someone or simply can’t be bothered.
Requested style: Doesn’t matter what you request, you get what they feel like giving or so that’s what happened to my son. Don’t spend your time or money here because you will regret it.

I moved back to the north side of Indy in 2021 and found Misty at the Keystone store. Since then, I have followed her to the Fishers store. She always provides great customer service and is so great with my four year old. He loves coming to get his hair washed and cut. I'd definitely recommended Misty to anyone!

Misty - can’t recommend enough. I followed Misty from a different location to here because I trusted her and the quality of her cuts. Always gives consistent, what-you-ask-for cuts and will give honest advice when trying new looks. She will work with you until you are absolutely satisfied with your hair. I don’t trust anybody else with my hair! Long time customer and will continue to come see Misty at this location or others!

I went in to get my mullet trimmed up, for some reason they can't do my hair cut? I don't know how you can work at a place that cuts hair and can't do a simple and very in trend look from over the decades. I'm glad they were honest, but really disappointing thats the first thing I get greeted with. Shouldn't have a store that is employed with people who can't do their job.
