If I could give 0 stars, I would. This location is terrible with customer service. We walked in to get help with adding a new line to our plan as well as unlocking the network for a paid off phone. Told us to call customer service, and walked away. Every time we've gone in there, it's a terrible experience.

I went to this store a few weeks ago. I’ve been trying to upgrade my phone and was not having any luck with other T-Mobile stores. I went in and had the pleasure of speaking with Que. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She explained everything to me. I was satisfied with the help that I received. I was able to upgrade my phone. I recommend everyone to this location and have Que help you. She’s awesome.

Troy A took the time to work with my multi-mess situation that seemed to compile into chaos even after I left the store on my online account && my Netflix package.. it caused him to stay late && i felt terrible but he was GLAD to do it && stick with me until we got all the problems worked out!!I’m FOREVER going to be with ur company && reps!! THANK YOU T-MOBILE!! UR THE BEST!!

They tried to be helpful, but their info was completely wrong. I think they don't understand that their authorized repair shop is different than their retail store, or the nice lady trying to help just didn't listen to me. Needed a receipt to get my mom's phone reset according to the repair shop, t mobile store said I didn't need and didn't give me a receipt. Only because the repair shop cut me some slack and saw the phone was clearly on my account was I able to help my mom out.

I went to and called multiple T-Mobile stores trying to get help with obtaining internet services. The only person to think outside the box and go over and beyond was Tony. I called Tony regarding my situation and he encouraged me to try the Home Internet since there are no other internet service providers in the area. He found a tower near my house and got me up and running. It works perfectly, thank you Tony for going above and beyond to get us back online.

This location will not answer their phone and is telling customers complete and utter lies. They don't do anything for you in store and if you have something sent to that store they are refusing to give customers their devices !!!!! Absolutely insane. Multiple locations further south are much much much better.

People there are very rude they don't know how to answer their phones they lie to you I bought a phone turn around it wasn't the phone that I want it I spent $80 out of my pocket had to pay for a restocking fee because somebody there didn't know what they was doing and lie to me and his name was Jordan Do not go to that store I would recommend going to a different store or calling T-Mobile over the phone And I've been waiting On the manager to call me for about 3 weeks now still no call
