I would like to give 0 stars but I can't this particular store. I have come twice and both times they did not want to help me. I am a long-time tmobile customer. If the store manager doesn't try to help you, much less the employees.

The people in this store are always very helpful and super friendly . ?The store looks nice and is very clean with a nice couch to sit down , if you have to wait a little bit. ??I never had to wait long.

Had a great experience at this store. Friendly staff, very helpful and found the best option for me and my family. I’ve been to other stores back in Baltimore and this is by far the best one i’ve been to!

This is the absolute worst phone company anyone could ever go through. Plus this is the absolute worst store to go through. They don't fully explain their promotions and lie to you about them.

Eduardo, goes above and beyond for every single customer. I've spent many hours in this store in the last several weeks getting a phone upgrade, then dealing with a defective phone and replacing it, and Eduardo was there through it all. He answered every single question I had with patience and kindness, and did everything possible to make sure my experience was as smooth and painless as possible. Highly recommend! William was also a rock star. Thank you, everyone!

I stopped by to check out the free Apple phone trade in promotion and found out that you have to add an additional line in order to take advantage of the promo. However, I was told that I might want to wait until the end of September because usually there are better deals. Although I was disappointed, I'm so grateful for the service that had my best interest in mind. I'm going to wait to see if there is a better deal then. No guarantees of course, but might as well check it out.

I was visiting Indianapolis from Chicago and had to came in to this store due to a lost phone. The service was above and beyond. They got me all set up and on may way as quickly as possible and made a relatively painful situation as easy as they could. Special shoutouts go to Estafania and Zion. Thanks everyone!

@tmobile This company is on p**** status 1000! I've had this number for 20 some years and T-Mobile wants pull something out of their Swiss army A$$ every month!I started with my number from a guy at the top who had some power, I'm forever grateful. Then they started on some B.S. right around the 6 year mark. I left and went to Sprint for a long while until T-Mobile merged and bought Sprint. They saw I was a long-time customer and gave me a new phone as a gift. Great, it doesn't mean pull a stunt every month. ? let's lower that customer service down a bit. Either I'll talk to someone who can help, or this week I'll be out!
