T-Mobile took over $1,100 for absolutely nothing In 2019 I decided to get the iPhone 11 Pro Max a few months after it came out (July). I decided to do a 2 year lease on it which cost $39.59 per month, just tacked on to each monthly phone bill. In April of 2020, T-Mobile buys Sprint, the carrier I purchased the phone through. My lease is still not completely paid, so I keep making payments. T-Mobile owned Sprint when my lease payment should have been removed from my bill. Fast forward to today, February 1st, 2024. I'm looking over my bill details and I notice that there's a charge on there that doesn't include my iPhone's protection plan stating that it's for leases. Confused, I check the leases tab and there are no active leases. I HAVE BEEN PAYING AN EXTRA $39.59 PER MONTH FOR 30 MONTHS ($1,187) FOR A PHONE THAT IS ALREADY PAID OFF. I call customer service and a very professional young lady named Diamond helps me, she tells me that they had to manually remove so many lease charges from people's bills. I asked if I could be refunded for these extra charges and she tells me that she can only refund 2 months worth of payments (under $80). I understand that she has protocols that will not allow me to talk with her supervisor so I don't even know why I bothered asking. I made sure to be really nice to her because at the end of the day, it's not HER who's been pocketing the equivalent of an extra YEAR'S WORTH OF PHONE BILLS from me. I have called customer service several times over the past few years for help on a few things, there have been PLENTY of times that they could have spotted this error. I am so upset about this and will be switching to a different phone company by February 21st (the day my bill is due) if I am not made whole. I advise anyone thinking of switching to T-Mobile to think twice about it, seeing as they clearly have no issue taking the hard-earned money that is not owed to them.

Jaylen laster only took a few minutes trying to resolve sim card issue. They answered every question with professionalism and even when I walked out without any purchase at all they were friendly. This is the only store I will use in Indianapolis. The staff is really outstanding. Really Satisfied and also thanks to Jaylen and his friends.

I was lucky enough to walk right into this Tmobile location and receive prompt (and efficient!) customer service from Dominique. From the moment I expressed that I needed an upgrade, a few phone accessories, and some help transferring all of my data, Dominique was patient through the entire process. After a few (incorrect) attempts of trying to log into my iCloud, I was SO worried I was going to lose all of my past storage data, especially photos of my son. But low & behold, Dominique remained calm and informative throughout finding the correct avenue to restoring my iCloud. Not once did he solely try to “upsell” me any unnecessary products, get annoyed with my incessant questions, or rush his customer service, he provided the ideal guidance to helping me upgrade my phone. Thanks Dominique!

I visited the store because I was having issues placing an order with the mobile app ad the website. The staff were glad to help me complete my order and I left with my new phone completely satisfied.

This store is a joke, lazy employees don't want to work hard enough to know the promotions. Wasted a lot of time and money at this store. Worst group of employees I've seen in awhile. TMobile some of your stores need some serious staff overhaul.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! If I could give this place a zero. I would. I went into the store, and I bought a wall charger, which they said at check out that my card hadn't gone through. So I told them to cancel the transaction and, just take cash instead. After the transaction was supposedly "canceled". I looked into my bank account and I was actually double charged. Surprisingly enough there was a lady that same day that came in saying she got charged twice for something as well. And as I read the reviews, a lot of people having getting charged twice ONLY at this location. This AT&T is a franchise. It's not something that they corporate can control, basically that someone just bought it and is running the store with permission to sell AT&T stuff. If anything, I highly recommend that you go to the AT&T on Southport Road near target. They were SO HELPFUL and the service was amazing. Sean was absolutely great. I absolutely did not like the service at Emerson. Don't get me wrong, the people who work at Emerson were absolutely amazing but they weren't checking their stuff or they were too busy/distracted. Hopefully this helps anyone here looking for a service.

The manager, Jasmine, is very friendly and knows her stuff. She was quite helpful in getting our acct squared away when corporate had messed it up several months ago. And she remembered helping us then.

No one there acknowledges customers as they walk in.. I waited close to an hour without a single acknowledgement. Location looked to be ran by teenagers and was very slow. Would not recommend.

Blake helped us witht he purchase of a new phone. Explained a new phone plan for the family that would save us close to 100 a month and helped diagnose a connection problem. Very friendly and helpful. He wasn't one of those sales people that talks over your head and pushes you out the door. Painless experience !
