T-Mobile took over $1,100 for absolutely nothing In 2019 I decided to get the iPhone 11 Pro Max a few months after it came out (July). I decided to do a 2 year lease on it which cost $39.59 per month, just tacked on to each monthly phone bill. In April of 2020, T-Mobile buys Sprint, the carrier I purchased the phone through. My lease is still not completely paid, so I keep making payments. T-Mobile owned Sprint when my lease payment should have been removed from my bill. Fast forward to today, February 1st, 2024. I'm looking over my bill details and I notice that there's a charge on there that doesn't include my iPhone's protection plan stating that it's for leases. Confused, I check the leases tab and there are no active leases. I HAVE BEEN PAYING AN EXTRA $39.59 PER MONTH FOR 30 MONTHS ($1,187) FOR A PHONE THAT IS ALREADY PAID OFF. I call customer service and a very professional young lady named Diamond helps me, she tells me that they had to manually remove so many lease charges from people's bills. I asked if I could be refunded for these extra charges and she tells me that she can only refund 2 months worth of payments (under $80). I understand that she has protocols that will not allow me to talk with her supervisor so I don't even know why I bothered asking. I made sure to be really nice to her because at the end of the day, it's not HER who's been pocketing the equivalent of an extra YEAR'S WORTH OF PHONE BILLS from me. I have called customer service several times over the past few years for help on a few things, there have been PLENTY of times that they could have spotted this error. I am so upset about this and will be switching to a different phone company by February 21st (the day my bill is due) if I am not made whole. I advise anyone thinking of switching to T-Mobile to think twice about it, seeing as they clearly have no issue taking the hard-earned money that is not owed to them.

What great people. We had extremely complicated issues to resolve with four phone numbers and multiple additional devices. Meleah worked with us for hours to make sure all issues were resolved and all our questions were answered. I truly can’t praise her enough. Thank you for caring about your customers!

Josh made our day! Even though we had to wait for a little while, it was worth it! He greeted us and thanked us for our patience. He put in a new Sim card for my daughter's phone and he hung out out with us while it updated! He is so professional and down to earth ANNNDD he's an android fan!! Thank you Josh for being our sunshine on a cloudy day!!

Honestly this has been the smoothest experience I’ve had in a T mobile storeI travel a lot because of work and even though I wasn’t from here at allThey handled a trade in beautifully ! It took less than 15min to trade my old samsung, apply the promotion and leave the store with my new phone… Thanks Josh you did amazing

Jace and Ron were PHENOMENAL with the customer service! They have the highest rating out of all of the others and it shows their service speaks for itself! I went to 6 different T-Mobiles and this was the only one with employees that were actually willing to help!

This has to be the worst T-Mobile store I have ever been to. This store had no customers at all in the store.I went to simply pay my bill and the male employee pulled my account up and I went to pay and she said they don't accept cash.Of all things in this day age he said they do accept cash. With T-Mobile being hacked and personal information stolen a couple of times in the last year I do not feel comfortable using a credit or debit card so it could be stolen.Now I probably know why they have no customers.If you want to do business with me you will accept cash like other stores do!

Very helpful to start with switching phones from sprint phones to the mobile phones. Was told that I was being given one free extra line ( I'll ready have 3 and don't need more). I came into store because I was told that I needed to get 5G phone by Jan 2022. With a free line i gave it to my dtr when she comes to the country. She already had a phone. All was well. I call up T mobile with a phone issue and they want to upgrade 2 phones that were I phones. Only my dtr has an I phone and there were 2 numbers. One was my dtrs and I was not able to identify. I went back to store today and the female manager with 5 yrs experience had and attitude that was not the sort that ddeescalates the situation.She is young with poor tolerance and poor customer skills other than selling. The trainee girl had more people skills. I left the store with no resolution. It was my problem and everything stayed as is. It apparently was not explained we that I was receiving 2 lines because that was not something I needed or wanted. My bill was 20 dollars greater. I have since had it taken care of at T-Mobile. I have been credited to my account and has been removed moving forward. I guess I will be going into a different store that is open, honest with explanations to an older population and is transparent.

Excellent customer service! Josh and Ron made the process of changing my account, choosing a new plan, and upgrading my phone as easy as possible. They answered all of my questions, and they were very friendly and chatted with me while we waited for everything to transfer. I would highly recommend!
