Great service while buying a computer from David. Speedy service, good explanation of the warranty and how to use it, if necessary. Love this store and love to shop around there. Have bought chairs, computers, printers, supplies, business cards....friendly staff.

Heavy set Caucasian was rude and seemed to lack customer service skills. Prior to arrival had googled a gaming chair at a set price. Upon arrival i see the advertised chair in the foyer with the internet pricing. As i entered the store there was another chair wirh a different color and 3 different prices. I asked the cashier about the different pricing and was ignored as he preceded to help another guest that came after me. I mean, i waited for my turn only to be discounted and placed on hold...lol. NOPE! Shame on staples for trying to have me pay for a warranty thats already included from the factory...shady, shady and shady!

Print manager, Kate is really rude and unhelpful, so odd. I came in for a small print job of 10 pages and she didn’t acknowledge me for several minutes then rudely
Told me they don’t have time for it. And dismissed me completely. Awful service. Asked to speak to a store manager and she handed me her card then ignored me. Really strange experience!

Worst customer service for returning Amazon products. Why do you even bother when the customer service people would rather be doing anything but helping the customer?! You must really be desperate for help!!

I came in to look at buying a new laptop and I met the store manager JJ who was awesome and extremely helpful. I decided to go ahead and buy a laptop from him, buy the extended warranty and also Windows office. He was extremely knowledgeable and I went home shortly after and brought in my old laptop. To my surprise the following day they called me and told me that they transferred all the data and I met the other manager David, who was also so awesome and kind to deal with. He went through all the features of the new laptop and also helped me buy a new printer , I hope you keep these two fine young men at this location because I will be a customer for years because of them.
