I had a great experience with Steve. He helped me decide on a chair. I could tell he was knowledgeable about the differences between the chairs. He explained the warranty information. I was able to make a confident purchase because of his great customer service. He even helped me get the chair out to my car and helped me lift it into the back. Good customer service like this is hard to find these days.

Faraz was extremely helpful and patient. It was my first time in there and I won't be going anywhere else from now on. Excellent customer service and my prints came out beautifully. Very nice store and a very kind person.

Staples stores are clean, well organized & well stocked. Associates always available if you need help. Rewards program is a bonus.

Ordered printing services online. Paid extra to have ready to go by 12pm. Showed up around 4pm and they hadn’t even printed 🙄🙄 then I get home and they cut off part of my prints so I can’t even use it. The entire experience was frustrating and multiple employees standing around doing nothing didn’t help. What should have been a quick in and out turned into 30 min of wasted time that was unnecessary. I will NOT be back. Terrible service. Waste of time and money.

I would not go anywhere else in the city for your copy center needs. Jasmine is the best! She is helpful and full of ideas to help you with your project. I drive from north side to this Staples just to get her help.
