I am very disappointed with my order. I asked my husband to take me to Starbucks to get what we call a “Medicine Ball” (Large) when we drove off the cup of drink was really hot ( no problem), so I waited a few minutes to let it cool down a little. I took a couple of sips and all I could taste was hot water. ?If you don’t have the ingredients to fill the order please just say so!!! We spend way too much money at Starbucks to be disappointed with our orders. Angry upset customer!!!

This Starbucks is amazing, from the baristas to the location. Located near a outdoor shopping center, all the fast food places and some restaurants. The employees are so friendly and always know how to make a good drink. The atmosphere is very intimate and calming. A++

The drinks and food is always good, the only down side is when they do run out of food items you can still order it on the app yet when you get their they are usually out. The staff is always so nice and friendly.

Do not ever go to this nasty location my cup had a ring around the outside like it had been there for a while then the bacon wasn't even cooked. Starbucks you will never get another dime from me.

I got a warm coffee drink in the drive thru. I enjoyed it. It was a cold day so it kept me warm. It was a delicious flavor of chocolate and caramel.

This staff is always really nice. I’ve been going here about a year now. Every once in a while the drive thru line is at a standstill but most days I’m there during peak 7am work rush and the line moves quickly, even if it started across the parking lot. The guy working tonight was terrible. He didn't warm my cookie up and when I asked again, he goes "again?" Like? I got two frappes and they taste terrible. He can't make a drink. If you have only have one person working make sure they know how to make a drink. Hard stale cookie.

I just can't believe how much foam I have in my container. For this drink to be $6+ I expect a bit more in my damn cup. Done drinking Starbucks. Ill make my full drink at my goddamn house.

I went there with my mother and older sister. We don't go here often so we were not sure what to get. When we ordered, they took my name. As we were waiting, they never called my name, but put 2 drinks on the table. We've never been there, so we didn't know how things worked. We waited about 25 mins before getting frustrated. Then realize that those were our 2 drinks. We ordered 3. I asked why didn't anyone say my name? There was no answer. As other people were coming in after us and getting their drinks, my mother asked for hers and the lady at the front said she just hasn't made it yet. Why when we ordered and been waiting. We had to get someone else involved because they didn't check the order and finally made my mother's drink. However, it was incorrect. We had to get her to make the correct drink. The seating area is not really nice and the chairs are not comfortable. We should have used the drive through.

I didn't receive my full order. People should pay more attention to mobile orders so the customers actually get what they pay for, and not have to go through the pain of having to wait over 30 minutes to talk to an agent through Starbucks website only to tell you there's nothing they can do. It's literally their app? How is there nothing they can do? Extremely dissatisfied and I will not be ordering from this store again. Even doordash does better than this and that speaks VOLUMES.
