Understaffed location while prioritizing the drive thru, versus in-store purchases, which led to unusually long delays for a single beverage. - NOTE staff was kind and doing their best in a busy environment.Lots of trash outside and within the neighboring retention pond is bad for the community and environment.

I take many trips to random Starbucks locations but this location is my favorite. Alex, the drive through guy was hilarious and the lady working on our drinks was very friendly. I recommend this location

The worst experience I ever had. I remember back in the day - customer service was on point. However, Jay-Kwan decided to be a comedian and ask how to pronounce my name. When my name has 2 syllables. He probably would not know what a syllable is. Which is sad to me. The drink was cold when it was a hot coffee blonde roast yet he wanted to be a comedian and pretended not to know how to pronounce my name. My name is VEL-VET. how hard is this?

Im a frequent customer and for some reason they don’t understand what “LIGHT ICE” means. This is a consistent issue here.

I had ordered this for our staff meeting. Hot cocoa, egg bites, and potato bites. Everything was ready as soon as I walked in the door; so it was even ready a couple minutes early. This location has plenty of parking and is easy to get in and out of. There are plenty of tables to sit and catch up with a friend or do a little work on your computer. I did ask for a receipt as I needed it for work. This was a little daunting. It took them well over 10 minutes to be able to produce the receipt. They even had to have me pull up the order on my phone and see how much it cost. Everything tasted great. The only other thing that was odd is I had to add the stoppers into the hot cocoa. It being a cold Indiana day and five drinks. It would've been nice if they had done that. Overall, another win for Starbucks experience.

They put the people with the driest attitude at the window. Its ridiculous. Makes you wish you never went thru the drive-thru.

I love that the staff gets along but they were enjoying each other's company a little too much. I had the only order in the cafe, waited 7 minutes before I asked for an update on my drink and then waited another 5 after they told me they were working on it. There were 7 partners in the store and only one barista working both drive thru and cafe. I saw at least 3 drive thru orders and 2 mobile orders get taken care of in between me ordering and finally getting my order.Other stores would have offered a store credit for this kinda service. Avoid this location if you can.

Little girl with blue hair and glasses was very unprofessional and rude. Mocked, all because I asked for a water and they just had closed 2 mins ago. Starbucks should be embarrassed of hiring employees like this.

Waited at least 15 min for my iced coffee... When I finally got the coffee, it was bitter. I asked if she could make it sweeter (politely). So, she decides to fill my cup with A LOT of the vanilla syrup they use... I guess to be funny or maybe she was having a bad day. I understand everyone has those "bad days" but not on the money I work hard for! Never again will I come to this Starbucks....

They are rude and do not acknowledge customers as they come, they just stare at you and then continue conversation with each other. If you are greeted in drive thru or in person, it's the most monotoned and dry "How can I help you?"The establishment is not clean plus they are storing their cartons of milk out in the lobby. The lady who handed off my drink to me, didn't greet me or even make eye contact. They seem unstaffed every morning that I visit.
