Was on the road and stopped by the nearest Starbucks and got two turkey bacon sandwiches. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize they were both spoiled until I bit into one. I called to get a refund, but they said I had to go all the way back and I was too far to make the drive back. Extremely disappointed and disgusted.

You pretty much always get the same thing with Starbucks. This one might be one of the best. Good, friendly, efficient staff. Clean. Easy parking.

I visit daily and my drinks are usually made great I would recommend to the manager to remove tumblers that aren't for sale or that's missing price tags so that there is no mix ups I had many issue's from my stars to this last incident to the store manager forgetting to get back with me I would say keep up the good work and also sharpen up this isn't the store I was reviewing I was speaking on my experience at cherry tree location

Today, I was excited to try one of the new holiday cold foam drinks at Starbucks. However, I was met with disappointment when the barista wasn't familiar with any of the new options.Despite showing them the ad in my app, they could only offer to make something similar. While I appreciate the effort, it wasn't quite what I was hoping for.This experience highlights the need for two improvements:Starbucks training: Baristas should be thoroughly trained on new menu items and seasonal offerings. This ensures a smooth experience for both customers and staff.App integration: Starbucks should add the new holiday cold foam drinks as orderable options directly in the app. This would streamline the process for both customers and baristas, and avoid any confusion or frustration.Hopefully, these improvements will be implemented soon so everyone can enjoy the new holiday drinks without any hiccups. stars (mainly due to the lack of awareness and training)

Poor customer service!!! How do you receive poor customer service via the pick-up window? When I pulled up to the window, the young lady, with a look of irritation on her face, said, "Next time, can you stop at the speaker?" I then asked, "For a drve pickup order, why?" She stated, "Just in case your drink is not done!" I then state I've been to many Starbucks, and no one has ever said that to me. She gives me my drink, rolls her eyes, says ok.and turns away from the window. Never asked if I needed anything else! She proceeded to take an order, look at me, and then go to start a drink. She comes back to the window area and still doesn't say anything. I had to say "excuse me" several times before she acknowledged me, and at that time, she put her hand up for me to wait. Had she not tried to be such a smart a**, she could have given me napkins when she gave me my drink instead of me having to wait. People with the poorest attitudes work in customer service and need not to!!!

The holidays are my favorite times to go to Starbucks although I go everyday. I really miss the eggnog latte so since they've stopped serving it I usually go with the creme brulee and sadly it didn't taste as good this year. I dined in because I was having some work done at home and wanted to get some work done. The tables were pretty dirty and I had to wipe it off myself. That's not the experience I'm used to in a Starbucks. The employees were standing around talking to each other so they had plenty of time to clean.
