I actually called them because they are the only 2 collections hindering my credit score (hospital bills). So I called and asked if i could do a settlement option or payment plan and they were basically saying no. I know they buy the accounts for a fraction of the actual price, so why not work with someone who is putting in effort for resolution?

I got a call for these people, no message of course. When I returned the call I was passed to a lady who was rude from the get go. I told her I had received a call and wanted to know why. I told her that the issue she was calling about had already been settled. She asked if I wanted to discuss how she could help, I told her no, and she then threatened negative credit score action against me. I laughed, knowing full well the rules and regulations preventing that. I asked if it was a fair assessment, in her mind, that I was ignorant, uneducated, lowly and I needed to shut my mouth and let her, the all knowing one teach me. She said that was a fair assessment of me. I politely told her what she can go do to herself and hung up.

This company is a JOKE! They refuse to work with you on payments and just issue a garnishment and will NOT talk to you either. It's all about money with this company. Worst customer experience. If you have a lawyer they refuse to talk to you. If you drop your lawyer they just tell you to file back with the courts and try and give you legal advice instead of talking to you on the phone and trying to set up payment. WORST company ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
