Customer service is excellent. I used this service for about 14 months while traveling. The only issue I had was there were stink bugs on some boxes .. I know, ewww. The storage is outside and there were no other signs of bugs or rodents so it could have been worse, I guess. Other than that, good experience and would recommend.

While the facility is very clean and user friendly, the manager Doug, , doesn't answer the phone during open hours which leaves you in an endless loop with no help. He failed to answer for 10 days prior to my move out. Once, I found him onsite and asked for my billing info so I could make a move out prior to the next charge. He said he'd call or text me but didn't. He then charged me, knowing I was moving out. (I have 3 units with Extra Space and was condensing to 2) When I was charged, I put a lock back on the unit expecting to use it longer. Upon returning, my lock was cut off and a tag from storage placed on it as for open to rent. I paid about $140 for nothing because Doug didnt communicate. I did get Doug on the phone 1 time after the charge and he wouldn't listen, refused to accept any responsibility for his lack of action or offer an apology. While I was explaining my unhappiness about his performance and the cost to me, he hung up on me. No reason to hang up, he just couldn't deal with his mistakes. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
I record my phone calls and can prove to them that I called, was stuck in the loop and never got any satisfaction. Also, my call with Doug was recorded to prove that he didnt offer any customer service.

It's so bad place to storage you stuff..All ready 11 storages been brock in included my and I've lost over 25000 dollars in that accident..they haven't even called me after that..PEOPLE DON'T STORE YOUR STUFF WITH THEM FOR YOUR OWN GOOD..
