Todd at stop 11 location was awesome !! Amanda in there is not so friendly at all to her customers. Extremely rude and mean says some uncalled for statements to us.

Jaye went above and beyond for me to try to rent a storage unit. I was traveling from Florida to Indiana and was trying to reserve a storage unit ahead of time. Although he was still rather new and the manager was on vacation at the time he definitely resolved any issues. The only thing I've got to call on and ask is if I can change my access gate code. Great customer service! Clean storage unit.

Rented for the first time at Extra Space Storage and things went great. Signed up for my unit online and got a great price. I made a mistake on gate hours vs office hours and called the office to fix it. Tammy answered right away and adjusted my price since I didn’t need 24/7 access. Great experience overall, definitely recommend!

Very polite staff and very clean storage and safe I would recommend to friends and family prices are good a five star rating I had my space for a year no hidden fees either that's a big plus in my book thank you very much extra space storage if I need you again I will surely come back
