Our experience was warming Mr. White was very welcoming, professional and friendly.
He showed us around, drove us to see the unit and explained all that we needed to know.
Extra Space Storage looks clean and we like it also very close to our location.

Doug-site manager was great. Took his time to explain storage policies and did not pressure us. Very accommodating and pleasant. Enjoyed doing business with him. I do recommend that slight handicap ramp added to store entrance.

The man that helped me was very nice & very understanding. He helped wave some fees which I appreciated very much. Most importantly he was respectful. The place was clean. I would most certainly rent another storage from them again if needed.

First of all, when we came in to rent the unit, the process was simple and Kelli was pleasant and easy to work with.
When I stopped in to get a refund for the lock, Kelli was with another customer and the district manager, Jay, stepped up to help me. I work in retail and can tell you I have rarely had a "higher up" step in to help without being asked. Overall, a great place to have a storage unit! Thanks Kelli and Jay! 😊

It's says hours on Google they are open on Sunday. Only recently did they put up new signage saying otherwise. You're hours need to be corrected on Google so someine else doesn't waste their time.
