Michelle’s the sweetest! I’m 39 weeks pregnant and have been full force into nesting and trying to prepare for our daughter’s arrival. I broke two nails on separate occasions in the past week while cleaning and both times Michelle went above and beyond to fit me into her schedule, fix the nail and make sure the rest of my nails looked perfect for all the photos we’re planning on taking as soon as our baby gets here and she didn’t charge me for either time. Thank you, Michelle! You made this new mom’s day! 🤍

I’ve been having pedicures for 50 years , this was the worse pedicure I have ever had.
The lady doing my nails kept cutting saying they were in grown toe nails. She kept clipping when I asked her to stop by that time my toe nail was bleeding.
I will never go back nor recommend them.
The shop needs a good cleaning very DIRTY!!!

My mom and I have been coming here for probably 3 years or so, always made appoints and no problems whatsoever. We missed our first appointment due to an unexpected hospitalization of a family member. I called 2X times to cancel but my service didn’t allow the calls to go through. I called the very next day to apologize and the main woman (blonde hair) was extremely rude, condescending, and argumentative. I literally called to apologize and she argued with me and kept getting loud. 1 appointment missed in 3 years. Can safely say after that, we will not go back.

Let me give a review on this place… 1) The staff are amazing and very nice and sweet… The issue is not the service or the staff, the issue is the owner Michelle, she is rude, has a smart mouth and feel she can talk to you any kind of way. I believe I only continue to go is because of the staff and the amazing job that they give. But I believe sometimes a change has to take place. Rude and having a smart mouth is something paying customers do not have to deal with!!! Michelle needs to take a class on how to speak to her customers

The manager Michelle is very rude. I had to cancel because of an emergency and she was very rude and hung up on me. I called back to tell her how unprofessional that was considering I had an emergency and I didn't have to call at all, and she hung up again.

Unprofessional!!! I came here to get my feet and nails done. They did my toes great but the guy did a bad job on my nails! They asked me to come back today and they would have someone else fix my nails. I came back today and one of the ladies said they are not fixing it even though I was told to come back! Horrible service and I shouldn’t have paid!!! I would not recommend this place! My nails were not uniform meaning they did not look the same and two were longer than others. Horrible service!
