Was very pleasantly surprised that this subway far exceeds the other locations in the area. They were generous with the amount of meat and veggies they gave me, while the others have been super stingy lately

Worst subway I've ever been to. Super expensive, unfriendly service from the short chubby guy, and the food's quality depends on the guy's mood of the day (which is never been good).They also won't let you use the restroom, customer or not, even tho it's a law to have a public restroom available for anyone who wants to use it.If you need food, go to Chris's next door, they are amazing in every way!

This location has a lot of nerve raising their prices as much as they do with three other locations on the same street. $3 for extra meat, yet it’s less of a serving one would normally add to a sandwich. If you’re charging that much, you can’t also skimp on it. One sandwich with chicken, turkey and ham ended up being $20 on its own. First and last visit.

Not sure what was going on this is the first time I've ever been to this location I went in and got my sandwich and went to pay and my card was declined so I had a money to my card got declined again the gentleman said he was going to make it cheaper for me to buy but I had enough money in my account and then when he made it cheaper the payment went through but then when I went home it was for the higher amount so there's something funny going on with this his management style and his card reader so I will never go back

The don't get any stars, they stole a $4 tip after I said no tip, then today I order 2 footlong subs (tuna) and got no tuna I took it back to show them and they said so, and no returns. They weren't wearing gloves either. Never going there again trifling employee and owner.

Their prices are more expensive than other Subways. I ordered teriyaki chicken but was just given regular chicken and my bacon that I had to pay $4 extra for wasn’t cooked through all the way.

So, today was the final straw. The first incident was when I was in line to order and saw them cleaning off the cutting board. The rag dipped into the lettuce and touched it. The employee saw nothing wrong with what just happened and continued to clean. I left. I then had a few good encounters. Then, I went in after they changed everything. They overcharged me for adding on chips and a drink ( menu said one price and I was charged more). Then, I made my order after not being aware of the menu change and I wasn't told of the change until I went to pay. There I was told it was going to before expensive than it usually is even though I didn't get the extra cheese they want to push at you. And then, today, I went in and saw the lettuce was brown. I didn't get it and informed the worker. He made an excuse and did not take it out of the holder. So, they were gonna give it to a customer. They saw it was brown and we're going to still feed it to someone. That is my last straw. They don't care what they are doing. They claim it's what they have to do but then deny coupons!? Can't be both ways. Also, tipping!!! That was laughable when they added that part! Who do they think they are!?

Will not accept universal coupons we all receive in our regular mail. Consistent Poor customer service. Skip em' and visit Aldi to purchase similar dog food at a more reasonable price in aisle 9.

Ordered a ham sandwich on Italian bread footlong. Didn’t want lettuce or tomatoes. I ended up getting a footlong with no meat. Like what? How do you mess it up that bad? I know it’s not someone’s else’s order because they added black pepper and spinach and the chances that it’s everything I ordered but the meat is ridiculous. I can’t even remove the ham if I wanted to on the app. At least they got the Gatorade right. I got a partial refund of $9 and spent $17, so I ended up basically paying $8 for Gatorade.

Ordered three sandwiches online for in store pick up. When I got them home all three were incorrect. Two were on the wrong type of bread. Two were missing the vegetables and one footlong only had three pieces of ham. I called the store twice with no answer. The voice-mail gave another number to call. Called and left a message. Over an hour later someone called back, I explained the problem he said he was going to call the store to find out what happened and call me back. I never heard from anyone. To top it off the gentleman in the store was rude and for some reason rolled his eyes when asked for our pickup order. I generally try to avoid this location because this same gentleman is always rather rude and gruff but it was the closest option tonight and will be the last time I give this store my business.

I had an issue with an online order that got sent to this location and when I went to get a refund because I couldn't get to this location the manager screamed at my sister after she explained the situation and refused to give my sister a refund. The refund was for my 6 year old niece on her gift card. They basically robbed a 6 year old and verbally abused my sister because she was trying to explain what happened. I will be contacting corporate because this is extremely unprofessional and extremely indecent human behavior.
