Got 1/3 of the amount of tuna on my sandwich than normal. If you want to run a successful business, I suggest not skimping your customers.

I’ve been to this location numerous times and there’s an evil big older woman that works in here. I’ve tried to give her the benefit of the doubt being that the owner is a nice lady, but she defends her employee by saying that she works a lot, but that doesn’t matter,, and that’s not the customers problem, she had me livid, and that was my last visit and when I decided that for my freedom, I would never visit this location ever again. She was talking over my sandwich while making it. then when I told her I no longer wanted it, she told me that she won’t refund it, being that she already started it(it was ordered online) what kind of mess is that? Then she started speaking to the other employee in a different language, which in my opinion is even more rude. Anyway,, some of the issue got resolved because while in the restaurant I called management, a refund was issued. However, the manager told me over the phone to call her every time before I come into this location just to make sure I won’t have anymore issues, that’s insane, and shouldn’t have to happen, this type of treatment shouldn’t be tolerated, and she needs a better employee that appreciates her store and customers: That woman ran away a good customer, we love subway in our household, I’ll never be back, and if I do, I’ll go to a whole different location, You can’t be rude to customers, this is your job, and talking over their food, is disgusting and very unsanitary and leads me to wonder what she does while preparing the food when no one’s around. She’s bad for their business. Avoid this location. The next one isn’t that far, and it’ll be worth it in the end.

They skimp on everything and charge more than any subway I’ve ever been to. They rush you and ask questions so fast you can’t answer fast enough, then get mad at you because you have questions coming at you from the register before you’re even done building your sandwich. And if you ask for a real amount of a topping, then get real snippy. And the soda machine is set too watery.

I usually go to this subway, it seems to be the best in the area. (Unless you're willing to go to the hospital). Make sure you get your double cheese if your sandwich comes with it, that's the only constant problem I seem too have here.

Absolutely terrible, the portions were so small, I put like 5 toppings on and it didn't fill me up at all, I counted like 4 jalapeños on the whole foot long, I remember getting subway when I was a kid and counting 15 to 20 jalapeños on it. it also had very little lettuce, shrunken tomatoes, barely any onions, I didn't even taste pickles on it and I added them. The bread was tiny compared to the way it used to be too. The soda was watered down and very little flavor. We had to do an online order too because in person this site doesn't want to take coupons. I recall hearing that subway reported record profits last year, so it can't be that they are cutting costs.

The woman working said they don’t accept coupons, but according to Subway’s website they have to accept coupons at all places.

I ordered 4 sandwiches online on Jan 14th 2024 because they showed they were open until 8pm. I arrived at 715pm to pick up food that was supposed to be ready at 730pm. Some of the lights were off when I arrived. The manager shut the lights off when I got to the door. I told him I ordered online and already paid. He said " I dont care." I asked how am I going to get reimbursed or get the over $45 in food I ordered. His comments was " I dont care who the hell you call." I have been here many times but that was my last. He finally packed up and walked out while I was filling out my online complaint to the Subway corporate office. Lets see what that does. Stay tuned.

I go to this store all the time. When I went today on my lunch hour. I had ordered ahead and went to pick up my sandwich which was made incorrectly. I asked for extra items that were not on there. When I got the sandwich it had the bare minimum of everything instead of extra, it was toasted (which I did not ask for), and the bread was incorrect. . I called the store to let them know and they told me that they made it correctly, that I was wrong, and hung up. I called back to see if she had hung up or if the call dropped and she said she had hung up because she told me that they made it correct. I went back to the store after being hung up on to show them that it was wrong and ask for the correct sandwich and a older woman with glasses informed me she will make the sandwich but will not make it how I ordered it. Again I always go to this location and never have this experience but today was absolutely ridiculous. I will no longer be going to this location and I could not even eat my lunch by the time she finished making my sandwich incorrectly for the second time. When I informed them I would like to speak with a manager. She made it clear that she did not care. If you are miserable and do not want to work, I'm sure they are other minimum wage jobs out there that you can work at besides making sandwiches. Also if you are too incompetent to be able to read how a sandwich is requested you should find another place to work. The main one with the attitude who states she will still make my sandwich correctly has glasses and is an older woman who is always in there. You guys need to learn how to do better and fix your attitudes.

Went to get a sandwich. Walked in, the employee that was on break got up to make my sandwich. They put on gloves but did not wash hands. I should note that they were on there phone during there break. Phones are one of the objects with the most bacteria on them, no thanks I’ll go somewhere else next time.
