They upgraded the subway in Westfield. The interior has been redone with new branding and they offer the new subs. I was happy with my experience and my food was great. I'll be back.

Had the pleasure of crossing paths with one of the employees here tonight, named Lucky. He had the place in pristine condition, he was fast & efficient, but most importantly, he was so very kind. Having been in the restaurant industry before, the work is often fast paced & can be a thankless service, hard to slow down & actually speak with people. But not him. It was nice to have a brief, yet meaningful conversation. Thank you Lucky, you are appreciated... the world is a better place with souls like you in it.

Terrible service, and very petty to serve I bought a large one and they barely put three slices of tomato very little spinach and not to mention the tuna very little, I asked for a loaf of bread and they gave me another

Don't ever order here especially online. I ordered two subs and they literally only added a pepperoni to the layer and it was an "ultimate sub". There is barely any meat and the sun is extremely thin. I am highly disappointed in this location. I made a mistake by not reading the reviews beforehand.

Went to nearest subway thinking it was going to be awesome like always but this was our first time ordering there but not ever again. The #15 was supposed to be 33% more meat but as you see in second photo the lady was not picking up half or whole pieces of meat it was a bunch of pieces and 2 whole pieces not worth I should have just walked out instead just want everyone know this location is not a good place to get what you order I don't know if they were short on meat or just trying to maximize there money for less food.

I am typically not a subway guy but this was good for a change - whoever the lady was working @ 5:45 on 9-3-23 was absolutely wonderful and treated us well. Thank you.

This subway refused to even try a coupon. Just stated, not accepting coupons. No other explanation. Other subways take them no problem. Will not be going back.

Very nice hotel. We only stayed for the overnight, but hotel was quiet and had free breakfast.

Walked in the store, two workers looked at me but decided to keep doing whatever they were doing, waited there for about 5 minutes and decided to leave.

When your hours stay till 10:00 and you leave the lights that say open on and it's 9:45 it's not only extremely annoying but a guarantee that I would never come back to this location again

The employee left me in the cold for hours when she could have told me that they were not opened yet and then she started cussing me out too…a terrible place to eat..never go there

All I wanted was a sandwich for my kiddo.If I could give this location a negative 1M I would.I stopped in this Subway to get dinner for my son. When I walk to the counter I see a young lady [worker] sitting on a food cart talking to an older lady [worker]. NO ONE MOVES. So I'm like, "Are you closed?" Cause the DOOR was OPEN, the SIGN said "OPEN" but neither one of THEM moved.The young lady looks at me and doesn't move. I'm like "Are you on a break?" She mumbles something and I'm like "Don't even worry about it."As I am going to my car, I notice a woman in her car. She gets out and starts walking into the Subway. Now the woman is wearing black pants, so I thought, "Ok maybe they ARE on a break and the woman is going into her shift."NEGATIVE.The woman is a CUSTOMER. I'm about to drive off but I realize--this needs to be addressed.So I walk back in. I go up to the counter and ask for an explanation as to WHY they were willing to wait on the WOMAN but me.The older woman comes over and pulls out napkins as if she is now ready to take my order.NEGATIVE. I don't want ANYTHING but the reason why you were SO willing to wait on the WOMAN who just walked in, but NOT on me.The older woman laughs-- I don't care. I just need an answer.She speaks in her language to the younger lady who says "I'm sorr--" <---STOP. I do not WANT an apology. I want to know why YOU were WILLING to wait on the WOMAN but NOT on me.She says it was because she was "Tired." Which I found FUNNY because the CUSTOMER WOMAN walked in less than 2 minutes AFTER I left. So you were TOO TIRED TO TAKE MY ORDER but NOT TO TAKE HERs?Then the older woman tells me she is a woman of GOD.WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN?You are telling me EVERYTHING except WHY you refused my business.Then the Customer WOMAN says, "What she is looking for is for you to admit that you waited on me because I am white, and you didn't wait on her because she is black."NEGATIVEI AM LOOKING for HER to tell me WHY she did not wait on me.*I* didn't pull out the race card--the WHITE WOMAN did.To which the older lady says to the WHITE CUSTOMER "You've seen us wait on black people."Honestly, I didn't KNOW NOR did I CARE that the other CUSTOMER was "WHITE" --as she looked Hispanic.ALL I wanted to know was what was the issue.KEEP your apology, KEEP your food but GROW UP.

Great place, very clean for a subway. Downside, they don't take coupons, but it's definitely worth it do to the cleanliness of the restaurant.
