Went in to this subway this evening to get a monster foot long tonight. I told the young lady that made my sandwich that I did not want my sandwich toasted. She made my whole sandwich without warming up the bacon and meat. So I had to go home and heat up my meat and bacon. They need more training on what to do and what not to do. They can get someone sick by not heating up the meat and bacon. And I come to this subway a lot. Please train yall employees properly.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. Ordered 40 mins from my pick-up time on the Subway app and I went to pick it up and was told it's not made yet due to how busy they were. As I am on a time crunch, I asked for a refund which I was told they can't do. 2 people behind the counter were not helpful whatsoever. This is at least the 4th problem I've had at this particular location.

Ordered through DoorDash and they gave me very burnt bread that tasted and felt like it had been sitting out all day, it was also ripped in half and tasted disgusting. Was also wrapped horribly and had entirely too much herb on it, it just tasted foul.

Today I ordered 2 footlong sub sandwiches through the subway app and using the Bogo footlong promo code FLBOGO. From the subway located in Indianapolis Indiana 46221 at the corner of W Morris st and Harding. I'm not sure what time it was exactly when I placed the order but it had said it would be ready at 5:40pm we get there a few minutes early of course we thought no big deal we can wait till 5:40. Food wasn't even ready until about 6 pm... although my app showed it was ready. The bread for my sandwiches was the wrong type of bread. I ordered the Subway Club and the Monster. On the Monster I also requested light sauce. Instead of having light sauce it had Maybe 3x the amount of sauce it was bad and all over sloppy sloppy I couldn't even eat it and I was so looking foward to this sandwich and have been for awhile. Not to mention other than the wrong bread and completely way over sauced and being late, the bacon on my sandwhich was RAW..... so disgusting. I kept trying to call the number to the Subway about 5 times and it rang and rang and rang and not even a voicemail. I'm so beyond peed off. With it being late there was really no difference ordering it in the app vs ordering it when I got there. And I don't know if these people working just can't read or rather they did it purposely and apparently their eyes need checked because the bacon was really raw..I took pictures as well and would be more than happy to send them over but no option to do so. I'm also gonna leave a review on their Google page. And possibly even submit something to the marion county health department as you Can't serve people raw pork. So basically I'm out of money for these sandwiches and a loss of food as it was too disgusting to eat. I also ordered a 6 pack of macadamia cookies and when I got my cookies it was 2 macadamia and 4 of these chocolate cookies. And they were not fresh either. I will be looking foward to a response from your company ASAP into what you can come up with for this horrible experience. Makes me not even wanna eat at Subway anymore.

If I could give negative stars I would and typically, I try and stay on the more positive, giving side. I have enjoyed subway for years and even worked at one in Colorado Springs in my very early 20s. I know/understand how busy, chaotic, and hard it can be to work in food as well as customer service. With all of this being said, today at this location has been the worst experience I've ever had at any fast food place or at any subway.My husband and I ordered a chicken Buffalo sandwich and a monster.The monster comes with steak, cheese x2, bacon, some veggies and a peppercorn ranch sauce. I simply asked for no peppercorn ranch and just regular ranch if they had it. Along side of maybe 2 additional veggies.My husband gets a very very simple sandwich (think of what toddlers would eat, he's picky) Buffalo chicken, cheese, and lettuce.It took forever for the gentleman to get through making our food. Had to repeatedly tell him what we wanted. I recall saying I wanted Italian bread about 4 to 5 times. He didn't know what he was doing as he was about to add lettuce to my sandwich without me saying I wanted it(and it not being in the usual menu item listing).It took about 20 minutes for him to make 2 footlongs but I will say he was nice. Quiet but atleast he didn't have a horrible attitude with us...yet.When we got home, I had opened my sandwich to find no bacon and the sandwich drenched in garlic aioli sauce. I wouldn't have minded but in that case I was paying more for the monster footlong when I ended up going home with a Philly footlong. Plus, the reason I wanted ranch was because im VERY ALLERGIC to mustard. The sauce has mustard in it which would have caused me to go into anaphylactic shock if I did not catch it in time.My husband's sandwich didn't have any sauce at all.Now I understand it is our fault for not paying close attention to everything they did or in this case didn't put on it, however when we went back to get our food fixed, the gentleman looked at my husband very confused and almost bewildered by our request. We felt as if he blamed us for making it a hassle to fix his mistake.The instant turn around from his quiet, kind demeanor to one with discontent and lack of respect really made us never want to return.This could have been handled a lot better and I hope the manager and the crew improve.

We ordered from DoorDash and it looks like they just threw the sandwich together. LITERALLY. They won’t answer the phone after I called multiple times, we didn’t even eat the food. Bffr.

It says they're supposed to open at 6 they used to open at 7 now they don't open till 8 I wish somebody would figure out what time they open

If I could rate it lower, I would. I placed an order with subway, walked in and found out it was hasn't opened yet even though Google and the app I placed the order on said otherwise. I asked the lady behind the counter what time they opened, she asked the short haired blonde with glasses and she looked dead at me and said, "When it open, who wants to know?" Tried explaining the app even said the order was processed, being made, and it was finished. 3 subway/Fas Mart employees in one room and the lady at the register said they were short staffed. I walk out, my spouse walks in and tried explaing how the order went through and all 3 came out and said she was wrong, the order never went through, and kept repeating, have a nice day. I can understand the store not being open. But I will not be be talked down to or let me spouse be ganged up on and intimidated by a bunch of bums working at a hole in the wall gas station/Subway. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Employees seemed to resent the customer for ordering, rolling eyes, talking over the each one of us (3orders) while trying to complete our order, very obnoxious behavior in our opinion. IF you can get good bread, the subs are amazing!!
