I was lied to by to by lady with glasses about the prepaid service, and then again lied to about my keeping my phone number by a fat lady that Keep trying to get me buy stupid tracking tag I had to drive to another store just to get the truth. When I came back the next day a nice woman named ISHA or esha gave me the run down and keep it honest with me. She was nice And sold me the service I needed and been trying to get for 3 days.

Lack of employees and the employees working making mistakes and not communicating with customers made for a very poor experience. Plan to stand for several hours while waiting because they only have one chair in the store.

Greg was very professional with a personal touch. If it wasn’t for him, I would have left T-Mobile. He provided me with options and was patient with me and made sure I was satisfied. I want to make sure this shows up on his evaluation! Thank you, Greg!

I would give zero stars if I could. I recently switched over to t-mobile, a decision I've quickly come to regret. Every time I go into this location I'm waiting at least an hour for assistance. Upon. Sign-up, I was advised that my cost for 2 new phones would be about an additional $10 a month added to my bill for each phone. I was advised this was because I'm a new customer so $800 would be deducted off of each phone. The phone price for each with no discount is $1000. I understood this and was fine with that. They also advised of tmobile internet, which I tried and was not able to use. I ended up taking that device back but store manager failed to take that line off of my account. The store manager also failed to advise me that the $800 off is only valid when you trade in your old phone, which I did do for my line but not my husband's because I didn't have it at the time.I have spent hours trying to get things corrected since becoming a new customer on October 9. First the primary line that was set up was the internet line, so I couldn't even see the full details of my bill initially because I was being advised I needed to request permission. That's funny, since I'm the one paying the bill. So I chatted with t-mobile rep via the t-mobile app and that was fixed. As I mentioned previously, I tried the t-mobile internet. It didn't work for me because I have to have a secure connection for my work. I stated this in the store with the manager and he stated that it shouldn't be a problem. Well it was because since it's not secure I couldn't access half the programs I need daily. So I took that back to the store and initially was told t-mobile would have to send me a shipping label to send it back. The manager, stated he really didnt know much about the internet service. After trying to get the label sent to me for an hour in the store the manager miraculously figures out that he can take it back, however he didn't cancel the line.Yesterday I went back to the store and waited an hour and a half because I looked at my bill and I'm being charged full price for husband's phone. I'm livid! The sales rep Tae, calls the corporate line because she didn't understand the bill. This is how I found out the internet line was not canceled and I was being charged for it. I advised when I returned the device and that line (hopefully) is now canceled. That's also how I found out that the $800 promotion for the phones was only valid with the trade in of your old phone. So I'm stuck with this contract because the Store Manager lied more than once and did not communicate properly. T-mobile has offered to do nothing to correct their mess ups. I've spent hours trying to get them to fix their mistakes. I am seeking legal counsel against them.

Chris was awesome! Took my 80 yr old Aunt to get a new phone and he took the time to explain to her in layman's terms what she was getting. That type of patience in customer service is rare as of late. Very appreciative of his knowledge, kindness and patience.

Horrible experience on 6/26/22. Almost wish I could refund the phone and start all over. They assumed I didn’t have a charger I had and charged me for a charger without my consent (I thought the total was all down payment) and seeing the receipt when I got home, I realized I didn’t need it because I had one and told me the refund process “isn’t worth it.” Not to mention the service fee is a joke. $70 to 1. Turn on the phone. 2. Call out. They insert the sim and send you home. That’s it. I do not recommend this location.

Someone opened a fraudulent line on our account, and they refused to remove it unless we came to the location. The location wasn't open during the hours listed on Google or by corporate. I had to use this picture to show that they were not even open during the hours listed on the paper. Not happy with them at all and planning to go back to Verizon.
