This is the worst store I have ever been to. I switched to Verizon after 1 visit!! I was with Sprint for 16 years when TMobile took over, but I stayed. Recently, I visited this store because my UI system would not load on my galaxy. The young man in the store was helping another customer when I walked in. When he came over to me, I showed him what my screen was saying. He said, "Oh crap. Let me take it to the expert" and took it to the back. He came back and continued helping the previous customer while I browsed phones. After 5_10 mins, he comes back with my phone and says there's nothing they can do and hands me back my phone with a business card for a repair shop and offered a discount. My phone wouldn't come on, so I decided to upgrade it. This boy didn't want to upgrade my phone (it was upgrade eligible). I walked out the door with both of my phones and went to Verizon. The funny thing is the customer that was ahead of me In the store was also in Verizon setting up new service. When my phone finally cut on, it had been factory reset! Everything in my phone was lost.Thank you for nothing. The score would be a negative 5 but.....

I bought a phone there to replace the one-year old T Mobile phone that would no longer charge. One month later I went into the store to get information on whether the new phone was locked or unlocked. They couldn't tell me and had no idea how to find out. I was the only customer in the store so it was disappointing that they treated me with indifference.

Although Jalen was doing his very best, we were there 2 hours trying to get home internet. Something was wrong with the credit link. Then the tablet wouldn't take the information...the T-mobile rep from some foreign country (per 2nd phone call) wanted my FULL SS for the 2nd time...very frustrating but Jalen continued to be very courteous and did his very best despite the corporate mismanagement. Jalen gets 10 stars..T-mobile start up really gets 0 zilch Nada

The internet we got for our house worked great first year no problems at all. Second year, our wifi goes in and out, videos take forever to load, my PS5 drops looses connection every 20 mins, can't even play online with this equipment. We loose service to our Google equipment and security system alot. I'm about fed up with this internet ain't worth the money I'm spending.

I got there at 7:45 (it says they close at 8) to hopefully set up a new account so that I could have wifi. She said they’re actually closing early since she’s by herself and since it takes a while to setup the account that we’d have to do it tomorrow.. any professional setting would understand closing at 8 means doors close at 8. There’s no way a customer that arrived 15 minutes before closing should be denied service when you’re completely unoccupied.. I’d rather drive the extra 15 minutes to go to another one. I’m completely put off of this one. Feel more than free to go if you’re okay with lazy customer service

Came in yesterday to replace my phone. Associate didn't know anything completely waisted our time then proceeded to answer a phone call and had us waiting over 20 minutes. Im not sure if he was new but very unprofessional. would not recommend this location.

The female with the old braids is horrible! Customer service told me to bring my old device in for exchange. She made it as difficult as possible to exchange. Told me I needed the box to a device that was 4 months old. Then purposely didn't activate the SIM card. Do NOT waste your time here. Total trash.

We have never been so relaxed and at ease while upgrading our phones! Thank you to Alan and Shanice for making us feel like we were the only ones in the store! I would definitely recommend this store to anyone!

Team not helpful senior woman in the evening couldn't help me get a physical SIM, cause it's prepaid, call me name on my way out under the breath, rude and unprofessional staff.

T-Mobile sucks like sprint and att and Verizon they’re all scammers… went through T-Mobile tuesdays app to get my step daughter a phone I phone se for 50 down 8 a month . Ok so I go into store to get phone and the total was 196 dollars like how are they scamming people like this I’m done w T-Mobile bout to jus go through straight talk from Walmart

So glad I decided to go into this location versus trying to figure it out online. I received the best service. Kevin was exceptional. He answered all my questions, made sure I was aware of all T-Mobiles current offers but did not try to pressure me. Definitely consider this location if you are indeed of any mobile services.

I called the store to get help fixing a problem that I had at another store. Cameron said to come in and they could help. When I came into the store I started to explain my problem and he immediately remembered who I was he quickly fixed the issue and went above and beyond to help me. Thanks Cameron!
