That was a very unhelpful visit, my phone is not making phone calls and I needed to do a claim over the phone or go to a store so I came to this store. The gentleman that was "helping me" at first said he can't do claims but he was going to try something. I asked if I would get my phone overnight and he said that probably by Tuesday (today is friday) so I stated I can't be without a phone till Friday and his best solution was for me to buy a cheap phone, then he walked away without saying anything. After a few minutes I just left. I will not be coming back to this location and I don't recommend it at all.

The employee lied that there are no deals on Samsung phones, and when I showed him that T-Mobile says so, he was ignoring everything and making up excuses. I ended up getting the deal from another T-Mobile store.

It is 10:30am. This stores posted opening is 10am. One employee sat in his car next to me from 9:57-10:12am, until the other employee showed up and they walked in together with takeout food. They walked past 3 customers, opened the door, locked it behind them and have yet to open the store. I’ve experienced bad customer service before but this might be the worst ever.

Guys at the store very helpful in helping you pay your bill the only thing I don't like about T-Mobile is that if you're a prepaid you can't pay your bill online and you have to go into the store to pay it.

I have been a T-Mobile customer for upwards of 20 years, and I went to a store near me, for some help. Apparently, the two employees working were too busy to help me because I was the only customer in the store.

Seyi was amazing!! He took his time and made sure that my phone's operation was corrected that I purchased from another T-Mobile location. While in the store a woman entered that appeared to have some mental challenges. One minute she was calm the next minute she was screaming and being disrespectful. The manager was excellent in handling her. Although eventually he refused to service her after many attempts to resolve her issues, he was able to diffuse her aggressive and disrespectful behavior. Many businesses would have been quick to throw the customer out of the store especially because she was black and to call the police but he did it the right way. Cudos to you!!

I came here looking to buy the S23 Ultra in Lavender & they had it!! Jay was very informative & professional from start to finish. Thank you Jay for the great experience & conversation in between you setting up my new phone. I gave this store a 5 star rating based on they had the phone I wanted & a few other stores didn't have it & because of the service Jay provided. If you looking for a new phone go ask for Jay he will most definitely get you right!!

I had some questions about messages I'd received, so I went to the "store". Victoria was able to answer my questions and ended up making an SD card sale (which I could have bought for WAY less online, but chose to buy there). All in all, a good experience.

My mom and sister went in to buy my sister a new iPhone at this location today; I believe *their* experience in-store was fine, however, somehow the process of setting up my sister's new phone resulted in MY phone line getting deactivated without warning, cause or explanation. Out of nowhere, 600 miles away in Virginia, I wasn't able to send texts or call anyone - which understandably caused panic. Luckily I have a Mac that's connected to my Apple ID, so I was able to iMessage and FaceTime my sister while she was still at the store, otherwise I'm not sure how I would have figured any of this out. I don't know if this was human error on the customer service rep's part or a T-Mobile system error (as he claimed), but I ended up having to unnecessarily set up a new eSIM card that also ended up disconnecting my Apple ID from my phone and messing more things up in the process. To reiterate: this entire transaction had nothing to do with me, my phone or my phone line, but it somehow affected me the most. Regardless, this experience is one of many in which (what SHOULD have been) a simple transaction with T-Mobile (not just this location) resulted in mind-numbing confusion and frustration.
