Would give them a lower rating if I could. We arrived at 11:45 pm on a Monday night. The person running the drive through said their computer is down. We asked if we should wait and they said no. They didn't offer us the ability to use our app, cash, or anything. Being that they close at 2 am, I thought it was necessary to notify management that their employee was not working for at LEAST the past 2 and a half hours of their shift. I highly doubt there was a computer issue and that they were just blowing time on their phone.

Normally, I just drive through, but I have always got exactly what I've ordered, and the people who have worked the drive-through have been kind and professional. I am always happy with my service there. Four stars for the atmosphere as I just don't get the color scheme, but that's not important... it's fast food! Anyway, this location is great.

food was cold i went around to get fresh nacho fries not knowing that all my food was not fresh, could easily tell its been sitting for 15+ mins and its 1 am, no busy line what so ever so i didn't understand why any of me and my girlfriends food was not fresh. My chalupa shell was more brick than i get on a tuesday morning i was confused on why it was so freaking solid im not sure if they froze it or what. you're better off going to taco bell on 56th.

The service is sooo slow. Was here within 5 minutes after my 30 minute lunch break started. I put in a mobile order while waiting in line in the hopes it would be faster. There was 3 cars ahead of me. My order was in as I made it to the speaker box and they said I had to go through the line again. It's now been 20 minutes and just got my order. I will make it to work as my lunch break ends. Cooler

The customer service is horrible!!! I came to pick up food and they all just looked at me and turned they heads even after I told them what I was there for! They have horrible attitudes! Next time I will record and show the world what type of people Taco Bell got working for them!!

Late night drive thru mobile order. Was busy and I think staff was low but whoever was at the drive thru was friendly and kind and did a great job. Food was perfect. Thanks!

If you can get the girl at the drive up window to put down her cell phone, she might be able to actually do her job properly. Shorted me change.
