Wouldn’t really recommend this bank. They don’t answer the phone. Called twice, left a voicemail, no call back. ATM doesn’t always work. Not the most professional.

Man I just moved to this area and this is my second time coming to this TCU. I love TCU but the drive through is extremely slow. I just need to pay my loan and be on with my way but instead I’m waiting 10 plus minutes or longer. My first time was 15minutes and my second time was about 7min. I mean it’s not terrible but nobody wants to wait this long. Just please service customers a bit faster

Rude. This is the most unprofessional and unfriendly business I think I have ever had the displeasure of having to do business with. Why would you yell a bank balance across the room for other customers to hear and then say not enough money to cover the check. By the way the check was not held. Oh and I am so sorry you have to pee. I have been a customer or over 30 years. As long as I don't have to come to this branch I have great service.

Every time I come to this location to deposit money in the ATM, it never accepts my cash because it's perpetually full. I don't even think they ever empty it. This is the closest location to me, and it's an inconvenience to have to go up to 67th and shadleland.

First and Foremost, I think from employing tremendous personnel such as Mr McKay, Mrs Jones and of Course, Former Branch Manager,T-Mac. I have only positive and inspiring compliments to this North Meridian Branch because my Banking Concerns are answered. Always.

the people here are very nice, but very slow. if you will EVER at ANY POINT need to reach this branch via phone, pick a different bank. these people never answer the phone, no matter what. you can call 100x a day for 7 days and leave a voicemail each day and they still won't return the call.

Loan error resulted in my credit score being docked by over 85 points. Had it corrected by spending hours on dispute submissions. Went into the branch to get a lien release since they keep sending my documents to the wrong address and I haven’t received my title for a loan I paid off LAST YEAR.The workers here are very sweet. But the credit union as an entity is absolutely dreadful and I implore anyone to avoid doing business with them at any cost.

I have been a member with Teachers Credit since 2007 and I am NOT satisfied at all…My original account has been closed due to someone trying to due fraudulent activity in my account and I had to beg a whole new account number which ok I get it but then I have to suffer from a bad person doing that and have a security blocking for account and the manager from teachers credit Union said well over 6 months ago that it would be logged in 6 months which never has happenedThen today I called about my account and I had concerns and questions and the lady Angie from the Median St. location made me feel uncomfortable and I felt like she didn’t allow me to finish and kept interrupting me while I was talking and it was in a sarcastic and catty mannerism which made me feel so small. It is not what you say to people it is how you say it and it is the holidays so it made me feel even worse but I think it is time I open a new account some place else where I am welcomed and wantedI also do not feel like Teachers Credit Union helps members with building a line of credit or maybe it is just the poor communication and customer service I have received…I am one disappointed and not satisfied member… oh and it takes forever each and every time I have ever called to even talk to an associate person and calling non stop… maybe my voice will be heard through this review.~Sheena~

One ATM outside. Drive through usually crowded rush hours and Fridays. It's downtown so it's expected. Friendly staff

Derek the teller is so professional and considerate. They were polite and offered quick service every time I had to come in this week. They even went above and beyond to offer to call other branches for me when their card printer was out of commission.
