Super slow. You’re better off driving 10-15 min to a real supercharger. Also, you have to pay to park here.

I only charge here out of convenience but not the best. It's a pay to park facility. But, I wouldn't mind if only the bathrooms specific for Tesla customers would be in working condition. It's been for some time now. Please have a working bathroom available soon?

Charged to park. Not free charging like others have mentioned. Need a code to use bathroom. Very clean bathroom once you get it but the lights did not work. Bring your phone for light!

Only M3 at chargers, 63 kW. Parking garage rates are: $5 for 45 min., $8 for up to 90 min. and up.

First time I've had to pay to park in a garage to use a supercharger. The garage itself is dirty and restrooms are nowhere to be seen. 5 dollars seems excessive for an area that isn't busy to park/charge your vehicle.

Docked one star because you do have to pay for parking. I paid $8.I’m not sure why other reviews say charging was so slow for them. Mine has been around 270-300 mi/hr the whole time.

It costs, heads up. I have free supercharging so I was annoyed when I pulled up to have a fee charged.

I would give this zero if I could! Charging wasn't free! The "bathrooms for Tesla" we couldn't get into, which wouldn't have been an issue had I not needed it. Parking was $8 for 45mins plus charging. And you can't leave your car charging since Tesla charges you for being plugged in after fully charging. There are only two spots for teslas after charging! So, if there are no non-charging spots, you have to leave the garage, paying on your way out of course, and find another place to park! What utter BS.

Be aware... you'll pay for parking and you'll pay for charging. I'll be sure to not come here on my return as there's another supercharger 6-7 miles away

Clean private bathrooms for Tesla owners. Great location downtown and within walking distance of everything. Parked. Charged for about twenty minutes then parked in one of the 6 or so parking spaces within this closed charging area.

Avoid this at all costs!!!You have to pay to get to the chargers as others have pointed out.It is very slow charging so if you’re anywhere near “E” plan on paying at least $8 just to park. We’re charging at 237 mph when other chargers in this town, that we didn’t have to pay to get near, have charged at over 1k mph.If it’s an emergency and this is your only option then use it quickly and get to a better charger.

I don't like paying to park but I understand. However, if I am paying extra I should get something for it, the space is very tight and people walk through the lot like it is a sidewalk. I have even seen skateboarders practice inside the charging area and I am willing to bet it is only a matter of time before one of them loses control and damages a car. I prefer to avoid this place when possible.
