The only container store within the city limits && a wide variety of different organizational items to make your place tidier . The ONLY reason I'm not giving them a perfect 5-star rating is because they don't restock their singular drop front shoe boxes often . I don't want to buy a 6-pack or boxes every time I visit . Sometimes I'd rather just buy one or two .

I needed a particular shelving product only available through the Container Store. I was going to be in Indianapolis for business and while there was hoping to pick-up a sizeable order. I ordered online to pick-up at the store. The online order response provided a date to far in the future for my travel plans for pick-up. I called the store and a store employee named Nora O'Connor took my call and went out of her way to advise and help me reframe my order and also to work with her team to have my order ready for my travel plan needs. Really impressive and helpful person.

The photo speaks for itself. These came in a set of 10 for $45 roughly, placed this one in the dishwasher as it says it’s dishwasher safe…completely melted. No way of getting my money back. Only reason this place isn’t getting a 1 star is because the customer service was amazing and the facility was very clean. But wow! I could’ve gotten this from the local grocery and it would’ve lasted longer. Sometimes you just don’t get what you pay for…
