Barre Ripple has changed my life! The community of women I have met is so amazing and the workout is truly unmatched. Whether I want to get breathless in my workout or if I want a more relaxed, slow pace workout, all the classes leave me feeling satisfied and strong.

Great workout in a very welcoming and encouraging environment. The instructors are top-notch and the classes are fun yet challenging in the best way. If you haven’t tried Barre Ripple yet I’d highly recommend it!

Went here for a free trial and it was an intense workout but one that is easily modifiable. I was pleasantly sore afterwards. Everyone was very friendly and supportive even though I am very out of shape. Enjoyed the music during the workouts and seems like a nice community, they were talking about a workout and brunch plan, and an upcoming event where the owner would babysit while people work out lol

I'm so glad I found Ellen and Barre Ripple Movement! I started at Broad Ripple Movement after making the decision to get back into a regular workout routine. I was looking for an activity I enjoyed, but was hesitant to jump into a class-setting. I decided to start with private sessions with Ellen to ease back into working out, and it's been the BEST decision I've made. Ellen and the community at Barre Ripple Movement have been so supportive and encouraging as I've started coming to the studio regularly. The workouts are fantastic as the focus on form and low-impact movements end up having a big impact on your body. We move at a pace that I am comfortable with, while always making progress. To anyone who is nervous about trying barre, private sessions are a great place to start. You will be amazed at the change you see in your body, and how that ends up translating into other areas of your life.

If you want to tone & tighten, get long & lean, this is the answer!! I've always loved fitness and sports, and I was in the military, I've really done it all! I didn't think my body was capable of becoming so small, tight and strong. My set weight changed!Don't let the first barre or cycle class intimidate you! If you keep going, push through it, you WILL be in the best shape of your life!! (I know I was)The instructors are fun, attentive, and give cues you can understand that help you become more aware of your body. They'll perform adjustments for proper alignment to prevent injury and get the most from your workout.... and when they adjust you to the proper position, it suddenly becomes much harder ?It is a practice, so you learn something new from the intrustors cues in every class. You find and engage muscles you've never felt, or learn how to engage deeper. When you finally engage your abdominals or butt in a way you never have, it is the best feeling and there's no going back!!The owner Ellen is beautiful person! She has created the most welcoming studio I have ever been to. They have a wonderful community full of amazing people. Tons of positive energy and great music to keep you motivated and coming back for more. It is a MUST try! Once you find the engagement, you'll never leave!Love this place! ❤

Update: I’ve been coming to barre now for over 8 months and absolutely love the barre45 classes! It’s a great start to the day with Ellen!Sunday 10:15 class with Jillian was amazing! It was my first time going and I felt so welcomed and supported! The vibe was positive and encouraging!! Jillian has so much energy and is a PRO instructor at really getting your form down and working you hard. I am so grateful I could go to her class and I can’t wait to be sore this week!!!! The place is in a great location, Ellen, the owner, is amazing, and you MUST go!

The workout and encouragement provided by the whole team at Barre Ripple is fabulous. This is the perfect place to build strength and flexibility all while protecting your joints and feeling really encouraged. The instructors are very aware of correct form and do a great job of helping you work within a range that absolutely fatigues your muscles while building great posture and staying safe! 10/10 recommend for moderate to advanced fitness levels! If you’re a beginner, there would be classes here that are perfect for you just reach out to make sure you get plugged in to the right ones.

Barre Ripple is the best gym/fitness studio I have ever been a member of. I swim and run primarily, but a friend recommended this studio many years ago for strength training and it is phenomenal. I started with a single Sunday morning class and am now taking 3-4 classes there a week. In addition to the quality of the classes, the variety (strength, cardio, cycle, stretch) and the amazing instructors, the community that exists at Barre Ripple is really unique. People know each other. They ask about each other's kids, school, work, weddings, trips. It's not just a place you go to to work out, avoiding eye contact, and then come home. The studio owner, Ellen, has set a tone and established a culture of welcoming, positive energy and gratitude. The classes are hard, you will be sore. But the vibe is not only that you can do this, but that everyone there is cheering you on.

Barre Ripple is the best workout in the city. I have been coming to the studio for over 10 years and the classes are always challenging and never get stale. In addition to traditional barre, the studio offers 5+ class types including spin. The studio owner, Ellen, does a phenomenal job creating a sense of community so everyone feels welcome. Give the studio a try. You won't be disappointed.
