I had a water damage claim that Allstate could have handled better. The Allstate corporate claims office agent was terrible to deal with. I asked the agency owner to intervene in the torturous process. He told me he would investigate the issue and get back to me, but I never got a response.

I've been with Allstate for many years. Always received great service and competitive rates for my insurance. The Ekwall Insurance and Financial Group is top notch in my book. They answer the phone when you call during business hours and will promptly call you back if you leave a message after hours. Great service!

I’ve had my car Ins with Ekwall Ins for a few years now and wanted to personally say how happy I’ve been with their services. Almost every time I call in, I speak with the kindest lady named Janise Glenn. She’s always so helpful, her voice and customer service is like being hugged over the phone! So comforting and always helping in sometimes stressful situations. I highly recommend using their services and hope more people get to be assisted by Janise, what an angel!

When I first purchased my homeowners policy Dec 2018 the price was reasonable.At this time I’m looking into switching companies because every year my policy has went up hundreds of dollars even though no claims have been made. I’ve been paying my taxes out of pocket my mortgage increased $75 monthly this year solely due to my homeowners insurance increase.I pay for repairs also because I’m afraid to place a claim because my yearly insurance rates will probably increase.

My experience with Allstate has been very good. My only negative comment for me is the number of statements for each change (3-4 different statements per action). It’s overwhelming and confusing. One statement depicting (i.e. columns?) a) what was / has been + $ price b) what’s the implemented/new change + its $ price c) what is now + new/current $ price, would suffice with clarity!!! And I would appreciate it!

Friendly lady on phone very helpful for my bf who way getting the insurance, I feel it is way to expensive for what the law requires. But what are you gonna do. Have to have insurance. I really hope the price goes down cause it is highway robbery. We paid just $40 more for full coverage not to long ago but like I said have to have it.The people are great I am not knocking them at all very friendly and helpful on the phone. I know they don't make the prices.

Been with Allstate auto and home for over 5+ years I have not had an issue when it comes to claims or billing always upfront and honest the ewakall group Bobby and JC has been more helpful each time I talk to them whether it’s getting a rate for certain equipment or just checking on my account
