Attended this place for a wedding. I'm highly disappointed in the way my Brother and Sister's big day was handled by the owner and staff. The AC didn't work. Instead of the owner letting the couple know or getting someone out to fix the AC they put fans out to try to cool down a building. It was 85° outside so it made the inside of the building feel like over 100° when almost 200 people were inside. When I asked the owner about turning the AC down so the building would cool off she stated that it was on 67° and couldn't go lower and that's why the fans are there. She also said if people sit down it would cool off. It's a wedding who sits down. Majority of the fans were pointed towards the employees that were working and not the guest. I also heard multiple employees state that the AC goes out a lot. I walked to find the AC unit found 4 units with only 2 of them working. Very unprofessional for someone whose been in business for over 10+ years. I seen employees packing plates of food to their car after being very skimpy on the guests portion. As a Business Woman the couple should have been reached out to and offered some compensation back due to them being inconvenienced. The wedding party didn't get to do pictures due to the overbearing heat. The owner has a bad attitude and this treatment shows that she is money hungry and don't want to produce what her business promised. I would never recommend this business to anyone and only left one star because there isn't an option to leave zero stars.
I'm pretty sure the owner will have this comment removed due to it not shining a positive light on her business instead of taking the time to sit and listen to constructive criticism and doing better.

I went to a wedding. The workers were still mopping and setting up when it was time for the guests to arrive. The food was subpar. The salad was good and someone mentioned that the lasagna was good.

This place is very beautiful. The decor they used for our church anniversary banquet was absolutely gorgeous. I'm not sure if the the jewel center were the caterers, but it seemed that they did not give us all of the leftover food. The dinner was an all you can eat buffet (but they were spooning the food onto our plates, giving small portions)It was for 50 people but we didn't have 50 people and not many went back for seconds. When I asked for more food, they said it was packed up to give to us, but when the food was unpacked, there were only 2 dishes wrapped and sent. It felt like the caterer kept, the mac and cheese, prime rib and the dressing that was left over for themselves. If there were no left overs of these dishes, then this means they didn't prepare enough for the 50 people we paid for. It feels like we were cheated a lil bit. The food was delicious
