I have been a customer of this bank since 2009 while attending college in Indianapolis, and I even stayed with them even after college; living a hour and a half away from the nearest branch. I am quite loyal, but this month is my last month with them (it takes forever to transfer things out). And I blame myself partly, because you really do need a bank that you can visit, conveniently; and I stayed because I liked the people.. but anytime a bank in my eyes restricts your money, it isn't a bank for you. I have for probably a year raised my ATM debit withdrawal limit several times a month, and they will no longer do it for me. I think its because I complained about a few individuals that don't know what they are doing when I call to raise it; because the following week I get a call/email saying they will no longer be raising my limit WHEN I WANT...or I have to change my checking account tier to raise my limit...which is funny because they raised my deposit limit for a day to cash a check that was over my daily mobile app limit.. but it doesn't work the other way when taking money out.. Instead of training some employees, they decided to just change the policy, which to me sounds so lazy for a bank. And you know what if it cost an additional fee to raise my limit, I would pay it. It's called business. Good Luck to The National Bank of Indianapolis.

Great customer service. Also, I prefer to deposit my money with a local institution instead of the "big banks."

Amazing "home town" in a big city bank with excellence in customer service. I can not speak more highly of a bank. The staff are wonderful, I love working with Mary Imel the branch manager, Amy, Lisa, and Caitlyn. High recommended for home financing, Joshua Wolf is incredible to work with as is Susan Strapulos. 5 Stars all the way.
