Today we stopped into the Philippine Cultural Community Center for the street food "Food on a Stick" festival and it was absolutely delightful! More than just a food festival, there were crafts and art and plenty to see and experience. The food (not *all* on a stick) was very tasty and everyone was super friendly. Big standouts today were the pork belly, the dumplings and egg rolls, and the pork and chicken on sticks. But the big standout was the ube. Ube puyo, ube taho, ube desserts of all kinds. It was all so delicious and everyone was so kind and welcoming and told us about how the foods are sold in the Philippines. We were so happy to learn that they're there every weekend with delicious food. Honestly, if you haven't been here, if you haven't tried the food or learned something about this beautiful culture, please stop in and enrich your life. You'll be so glad that you did!!

Who would have thought that there was a place to meet woman in person and not on Green Card TiKTok. She told me she loved me, come to find out it was all a lie, She said she never wanted to come to the states and that we would live together in the Philippines. That was a lie now I’m here sponsoring her and the village that she left me once she got to the states.

Don't miss the Saturday afternoon "buffet" for delicious, home style food. The dishes vary each week, and there is always something new and something comforting to enjoy. Super casual dining at first come tables.

Indiana’s first and only Philippine culture center from what I know! They have weekly farmers markets on Saturday from 12-3pm that bring in different vendors, several of whom sell Filipino food, sweets and products! Totally recommend checking it out and exploring the display of Filipino art.

I love it here. Amazing resource for the community to learn & feel connected through food, events, and martial arts instruction. The staff and volunteers are wonderful, & I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. The variety of activities and services they help provide is eye-opening & immersive. Thank you for existing!
