Yesterday’s visit to this store reminded again why I don’t like going there. The female cashier with long black has got to be the rudest person in customer service!! After my transaction she handed me my bag and just turned around to look at something. No eye contact no “thank you”,nothing. I couldn’t believe it I just shook my head. She should be cleaning bathrooms not checking out customers. Never going back there!!

I don't know what is wrong with this place, maybe they don't pay enough or something because this Thornton's has, hands down, the rudest employees I've ever had the misfortune of interacting with. I've never felt such an unwelcoming atmosphere as I do walking into this store during the day which I unfortunately have to do often because I work nearby. There is one or two employees that are great and always kind to me but aside from them the rest of the people working here seem to hate customers somethin fierce. I'm coming to leave this review after a particularly rude interaction with a cashier that just blew me away. This is not an uncommon experience, I feel like I'm walking on egg shells whenever I enter the store because of these people. There are a couple employees that treat me fine but a majority of employees are just so rude for NO REASON.

Be careful when you pay for your gas at the register using your debit card if you over pay check your bank statement to be sure that you were credited your payment I have had two separate occasions where I overpaid and the difference was never credited back on my card and trying to resolve the issue seems to be almost impossible.

Their pump credit card machines never work their inside credit card machines will tell you you have no money when you have $2000 in your account and the website says that it’s false and may be stealing your information so wonderful!

Today was Mother’s Day. When I went into the convenient store to buy my son a slushy, I started to vent to the cashier, Frederick, about how I didn’t get any recognition from my son for Mother’s Day. To appease the situation, Frederick did a nice gesture for me and wished me “Happy Mother’s Day” before I left. Thank you, Frederick. It didn’t go unnoticed. Everybody else, wish your mom a “happy Mother’s Day.”

First time ever here and I only needed to use the restroom. The sign says the cleanest restrooms around 24/7, but that was not my experience. Will update my review if I visit again consistently and it doesn't look like this. There was at least toilet paper and hand soap so I'll give 2 stars.
