I am extremely disappointed that you could not repair your own piece. For a brand built on craftsmanship, this response is unacceptable and has caused me to lose trust in Tiffany. I expected better support and accountability from a name of your stature.
This item was very sentimental, and the experience has left me feeling let down. Think twice before spending your money here — other brands take far better care of their customers.

Having shopped at Tiffany and Co. around the world my experience with this store is exceptional. Recently I needed to have a major repair on a piece. I contacted Gabriel Muirhead at The Fashion Mall and he expedited the entire process. He was so courteous, professional and knowledgeable about my piece repair. If you are interested in purchasing this store can offer invaluable assistance to accommodate your purchase. I have a collection from this store and only fond memories from the entire staff. Thank you, Gabriel!

If I could give zero stars I would. I have the silver Tiffany Infinity Narrow Band ring. Swam with it once and it’s destroyed. I went in and asked them to please fix it because it’s too expensive for it to be turning like that. The man, not sure of his name, told me if I wanted it cleaned I had to pay. After I told him that I wasn’t going to pay he laughed in my face. As I’m walking out of the store a lady stops me and rudely tells me that what the man was telling me was correct. I simply said “I never said he wasn’t correct but that doesn’t mean that this isn’t ridiculous” again, they laughed. Terrible customer service and outrageous pricing considering the quality of the silver.

I had an appointment at the Tiffany & Co. store located at 8701 Keystone Crossing, Indianapolis, IN 46240 on May 5th, 2025 at 11:30 AM to have a bracelet repaired—a service that should have been handled with professionalism and courtesy. Unfortunately, I was met with shockingly rude and condescending treatment from one of the store’s employees.
I arrived a little early for my appointment, and instead of being greeted or treated with basic respect, the employee immediately asked me—“Did you purchase the bracelet from Tiffany?”—in a harsh and accusatory tone. This was not a polite or routine question; it was said with clear judgment, as though I didn’t belong in the store or was somehow trying to pass off a counterfeit item. It was completely inappropriate, especially considering I had a confirmed appointment.
To make matters worse, she beat on the glass countertop with her cellphone and told me to “step right there,” pointing to a spot in front of the jewelry case with a rude and aggressive tone. Her demeanor was nasty, dismissive, and downright condescending the entire time.
This is not the level of service or professionalism that anyone should receive—especially not from a brand like Tiffany & Co., which claims to value luxury, respect, and elegance. I left feeling insulted and humiliated. I sincerely hope that management at the Indianapolis Keystone Crossing location addresses this employee’s unacceptable behavior. No customer should ever be made to feel the way I did.

I went in to buy my wife a tennis bracelet. I simply asked the sales rep what is the color & clarity of the diamonds in the bracelet. when a lady walked into the store i was quickly dismissed by the sales rep & told she has a customer leaving me just standing there until i left. She made me feel less than. You would expect a store like tiffany & co to respect their customers even if they are of a different ethnicity.

Came in to drop some jewelry off to be cleaned. They’ve changed the way they do things at this store, had to put my name with them and wait for someone to come “help” me. List was comprised of people shopping and dropping off. I’m here to drop off only and leave, shouldn’t have to wait while others shop in order to get help after the jewelry is purchased. I’m not interested in buying anything else, just let us who want that kind of service to head to the back and get out quickly. The way it’s set up makes no sense and wasting my time means I’m less likely to purchase more items.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Tiffany & Co. The jewelry I purchased did not meet expectations, with a gold ring snapping in half, which was surprising given the brand’s reputation. To make matters worse, I drove two hours to add links to my daughters charm bracelet, only to be told that they had “suspended those services until after the new year.” This was despite several staff members standing around with seemingly little to do. The lack of flexibility and poor customer service was frustrating, and it left me questioning the value of their products and services. Needless to say I’m left with a ring and bracelet that are unwearable. We won’t be back. We will instead purchase far superior jewelry from Hayden’s in New York or Razny in Chicago.

Went to pickup a necklace I purchased through the Tiffany online store. I chose in store pickup because of the cost of the jewelry. I understand if there is a negative connotation towards in store pickup at a company with a reputation like Tiffany & Co. What I didn't appreciate was waiting for over half an hour and then when approached by an employee and telling them I was picking up an item getting an immediate demeanor change from said employee. Customers spend a lot of money on Tiffany & Co products whether it is online or in store. There is no reason to get an attitude and then be quickly dismissed in a store like this. It has been a long time since I have been made to feel lesser than. I will stick with other jewelry retailers from now on.

Truthfully I am appalled by the way I was treated. I’ve been to numerous Tiffany stores across the country and I will never be in this one again. I walked in the store greeted by an employee who I described exactly what I was looking for and why (I had already narrowed down my options down to 2 item for my fiancé by looking online). The employee then tells me someone will be with me soon to help me further. Note, there is only 1 other customer in the store beside my self (1:15pm on a Thursday). I proceed to wait with no help for more than 15 minutes before I decide to leave. This is no the Tiffany’s I know. I solely went in the store to avoid buying online in hopes of supporting our local store. I would prefer to drive out of town than come here again.

I highly recommend this Tiffany & Co. location! I had a fabulous experience shopping for my dream inner love ring with Tiffany & Co. associate, DuJuan. He was kind, warm, and understanding. He listened to what I wanted and delivered with knowledge and transparency. I can’t wait to go back soon! Thank you for everything, DuJuan! See you soon!

Beyond disappointing quality and customer service. Bought a ring it was scratched from the beginning and went back to check with the STORE MANAGER he was very very* RACIST* . I am in awe of the horrible reviews of this TIFFANY LOCATION. I had my own awful experience but had no idea so many others have experienced the same. Tiffany and Co should be so ashamed of themselves for charging high dollar costs and providing essentially no good customer service at Indiana location.

The store manager is racist so bad experience. I had great experience with other Tiffany stores all over the states but this one in Indiana they are not professional and specifically the store manager he is so racist . they deal with you based on your appearance even if you have money and willing to spend lot of thousands on their products ….they sold me a scratched item that I paid for it around 6.5 K .after 5 days I went back to them and ask them to change it they did not even check on it and they did not give me time they just said sorry we can’t ……so disappointed and I will never buy from them ever again ????
