What an incredible experience from beginning to end! James and Sophia were amazing with my two young kids. The jewelry buying experience was phenomenal and my wife loves her birthday present, but the way they treated us like family from the very start is why I will definitely be coming back.

I had one of the most professionally fitting experience during my visit to this jewelry destination. I am looking for an anniversary gift for my wife. I have no idea what to get her so I went "looking". I was introduced to Sophia.. She was amazing. She listened to me. Horrible customer service. Accused us of scratching a bracelet that we had just purchased from them and wouldn't exchange it. My wife just didn't like the style of the bracelet that I had bought her as a gift. Never shopping here or any other location again

We went in to pick up one of the less expensive items at Tiffany’s, their simple but beautiful Return to Tiffany Bracelet. I didn’t catch the name of the lady who helped me, but my receipt says A. Bao. I just have to say that she was so unbelievably kind and helpful and never for a second made us feel unimportant because we weren’t buying a high ticket item. Several people greeted us when we walked in and out. They made it feel like a special experience even without spending a months salary.

Decided to go dressed down and was followed by one of the greeters around the store like I was a criminal and once I wanted to see something I was ignored and stood there at the watch counter for 20 minutes. I'm glad I decided to go to another Tiffany's .

Tiffany & Co. customer service is Amazing. I was greeted at the front door as soon as I stepped in. Then I was helped by the Manager Justin Vesely. Justin is by far the best manager/sales affocinado I ever work with. Very professional, knowledgeable of the merchandise. Yet offers a delightful, kind and shopping experience. If u are looking for a wonderful selection of jewelry and also a great shopping experience please go see him. I will always continue to shop with Tiffany &Co. And Glas to be a customer 4 life!

My wife purchased my ring from this store in August. Went to this location to get my wedding ring resized a couple weeks after getting married. I was told it would take 3 weeks to get it back (was even written on my receipt). About a month went by and I called to follow up on the status of the ring. The lady told me on the phone that the ring was already picked up. I did not pick up my ring and neither did my wife. After hours of them trying to figure out what was going on, they found that someone closed my account instead of someone else's when they picked up their ring. Also the order number that was on the receipt was different then the one in their system. I met with a manager in store that night, and she told me that my ring was in the final stages of resizing and it would be in the following week. After getting the run around, and feeling lied to, they finally admitted that the ring that was part of my wedding ceremony and gifted to me by my now wife was lost. When trying to work with management about how to make this terrible situation better, they only offered to give me a lifetime of complimentary sizing - aka, how we got here in the first place, by allowing them to size my ring. Would suggest anyone go to a local jeweler where customer service is a priority and often will size jewelry purchased from them at no cost at all.

Was given a friendly welcome by all the staff. Samara was my sales associate and she was very professional, honest, and informative about the products that Tiffany & Co. has to offer! She went above and beyond in showing me more products that I would be interested in buying in the future. She made shopping for my mom’s birthday/Christmas gift super fun and easy. Will definitely be continuing to go to her for my Tiffany and Co. needs! :)

Samara(hope I catch her name right) was the sale associate who help me and my fiancé look for the wedding bands. We didn’t find the rings that match our preferences but she was very helpful, calm and very professional I’d recommend ask for her when you go to the store.
