The guy at the front counter was rude disrespectful, condescending and lacks customer service skills...I wasn't even in there for 5 minutes before I knew i was not going to let them work on my car. Now I know why this place was empty when I walked in. I have never been treated like this at business. Went to discount tire instead.

This place took advantage of my 18 year old daughter. They broke a stud and told my daughter she can drive the car with 4 lugnuts. Told her to get it fixed elsewhere after buying 4 tires and a warranty. So they damage your vehicle and give you a problem to solve if you buy tires here. DO NOT GO THIS TIRE BARN. Go to firestone they dont do dog crap work like this place
