My tires needed rotated and balanced. You can not make a turn directly into there, you have to make u-turns by going west to east.

I cannot express how wonderful and professional the staff and management are at this location.
I had tires put on my car..and few weeks later brought my husband's truck in for oil change etc.
Both times excellent service.

AVOID AT ALL COST! I went to Tire Discounters for the third time because they couldn’t get the alignment fixed properly. I had just came in 5 days prior for the same issue. I spoke with the manager and I was trying to find a solution for my problem. Instead of a solution I got attitude and aggression. He went on to say in an aggressive manner “I’m standing right here” insinuating he was ready to fight. He continued this behavior till he finally told me to leave. Problem I purchase an alignment with a year guarantee and the work he did was not correct for the third time. Avoid this company at all cost. The small manager is more about his tough guy attitude than helping him he customers. I drove down the street to Big O Tire Plainfield IN and they got me right in and actually fixed the problem. I will never go back to Tire Discounters!

I walked in and was greeted promptly. I like when you come in unsure of what's going on with my vehicle they listen and then decipher what I say,??. Very nice staff and the even paid for an Uber to and from because the service was going to be more than 3hrs. Definitely recommend if you need tires or your car is shaking when you press the breaks

Terrible service I went there to change the tires and do alignments and they messed up the car to the point that I was not able to drive the car and charge me an extra 150 to fixed. I am really disappointed because I went there before and they did a good service but when I was referring a friend they did me dirty.
