I went in for replacement of all 4 tires on my 2 year old vehicle. I had visited this shop before for repair/replacement of flat tires with no issues. This time when my car was returned all 4 wheels were badly damaged with scrapes and gouges in the metal of the rims. They blamed this on tire lube, but this was clearly damage to the metal of the wheel rim. This can only happen from careless use of a tire changer machine. They claimed they would have to put the car back on the lift to “assess” the damage which was visible and obvious with even a casual glance, but couldn’t tell me how long that would take. When I questioned the competence of a mechanic that would allow that type of damage to the wheel rims, I was (predictably, I suppose) accused of being “disrespectful”, thus allowing them to refuse to accept responsibility or even inspect the wheels for damage. Now I either have to spend more money than the tires cost to repair or replace the rims, or drive around with ugly wheels, not to mention the risk that I now have leaky tires because of damage to the tire sealing surfces of the rims. The $120 I saved over having the car dealer replace the tires is definitely NOT WORTH IT.Do NOT use this company who will not stand behind their work.

Took in a loose spare tire on a corroded aluminum wheel that was leaking from the bead. I asked if they could clean and reseal the bead. They assured me they could easily accomplish this, the price was a little high but I didn't want to mess with it myself so I agreed and left the wheel there. 4 hours later they called to let me know they couldn't get the bead to seal and that the tire is somehow now damaged on the bead causing the leak. They offered me a new tire for $200, I declined. When I got there to pick it up, I found the bead of the wheel not cleaned at all, just gobs of bead sealer slopped all over. The tire had fresh installation damage on a non-critical to sealing surface, 100% reusable. It was clear that they hadn't tried to do it the right way, "damaged" my tire, and then had the nerve to attempt to upsell me. I took my wheel and tire back, cleaned and clear coated the wheel bead, and installed the tire myself with no issues. Sealed easily once cleaned properly. I'm giving them a second star because they were at least friendly and didn't charge me for wasting my time. I won't be back or recommend them though.

This service is unbelievable! Sam helped us at the front desk and from start to finish I was impressed. We've been here a few times and every time the service is outstanding. Don't settle for less! They are fair and reasonable.

Quick to help me when I had an unexpected flat - kind on the phone and then even kinder in person. Even refilled the air in my spare before putting it back in the trunk. I highly recommend this shop to anyone!

Steve and Josh very kindly gave my car a check when my tire light came on 100 miles into a long road trip. They got us in right away and we were back on the road in less than half an hour (thankfully no major issue was detected). Thank you guys so much for giving us peace of mind for our many miles ahead!

Man, I tried so hard to like this place but it just was not happening. I went in looking for tires and wheels for my truck. Knowing I was going to be spending a good chunk of change on new ones, and with little automotive knowledge, I needed someone that would help me make an informed decision on what wheels and tires to purchase. The first day I went in there, Steve helped me out (the tire and wheel salesman), and told me that I would have to do a lot of the heavy work on the wheels (in terms of picking them out)- okay, no problem. He told me I needed to pick out three that I liked as some may not be available for a while- okay, no problem I go on tire discounters website and look for the wheel brands they carry. I spend two hours looking through all the wheels they offer. I pick out six that I like (prices not listed and price was a decent part of what wheels I would get).I return the next day with my list, and Steve says he would call about them, and call me back that evening with prices and arrival time. A week goes by, and I finally get a phone call/voicemail saying he needs to talk with me about the wheels. I stop in the store as I live five minutes away, and he goes “I can only get one of these wheels on the paper. We don’t carry any of the other wheels you have listed.” I said, “that’s weird, these are all the wheel brands that you list you carry on your website.” The other worker chimes in that he should call the corporate guy in charge of wheels . Steve tells me he will get back to me the next day.A week goes by, and no call. I stop in again. “I’ve been meaning to call you. I called the wheel guy and he told me I need to reach out to the tire distributors directly. I’ll get back to you by tomorrow with information.”That was a week and a half ago, and received no phone call from Steve with information. For a guy that is considered the wheel and tire guy and didn’t know the wheels that are offered on his own company website is wild to me.I so wanted to like the store because Steve was super helpful the first day I went in, and somewhat helped explain what I was needing (hence the two star from a positive first experience on day one)…but the lack of customer service and initiative to make a sale pushed me to find another store in Greenwood (who was able to help me out from start to finish in thirty minutes with finding wheels and tires that were in stock and made a large sale).

I made an 8:00 AM appointment for a Saturday morning. A couple of walk-ins before me were turned away because they didn't have appointments. Of course, they were given options to make future appointments, but my point is that they honored my appointment. The staff are friendly and the facility is clean and accommodating to the customer. The waiting area has a high top counter with stools and a privacy screen between them. Each station has a dedicated outlet with USB ports. The rest of the waiting area has lots of outlets, but no other USB ports. I was happy to see the ones I did and I used them!Coffee, water, and a sink are available. There's a monitor showing the bays, so you can see your car in action. No real detail, of course, but there is an illusion of transparency.A couple of things resulted in this two star review. Their inventory was off and they were missing a tire for my order. They recovered pretty quickly and the manager did drive to another location to get me a tire. I was still here for almost three hours. They also took a chunk out of my black wheel and didn't tell me. Because I had been there for three hours, had kids that I had to get home to, and leave for another event, I didn't even look at the vehicle like I normally would have. I saw it a few days later. Now, I know that everyone is thinking "how do you know it was them." Trust me. It's not a curb mark (I don't do that) and it's an obvious gouge, with a tool, near the lug nuts. It was them, but I get that I had and have no recourse. Be that as it may.

Stopped by this morning with my company vehicle to get a tire replaced. Mind you, I've gone to other Tire Discounters and haven't had an issue. My company goes through a system called Fleetio. It's a way for the company to be billed for any kind of work done to the vehicle. This location wanted to tell me they don't know how to access through Fleetio and they need a physical card to do the work. Wrong. I have never been told that by ANY other location. Then instead of trying to figure it out on their end after I told them "usually they just look it up in the computer" he told me "you should just go to Belle, they do Fleetio". So I leave and drive to another location (7705 E 42nd St) and they had no issues auto integrating the company information and billing it through Fleetio on their computer. The people working at (5330 E Thompson) were no help and didn't even want to try and look into their computers before pushing me away to a completely other business. What a joke. The gentlemen was an older guy , bald. Seemed to be in a shitty mood anyways. Bad customer service. Just clueless
