Good luck on this one! Came to the address listed and couldn't find their shop. There was an entirely different business here. I called the phone number...no longer in service. Found out about this place via Groupon. Had a project in mind, but, I guess my business will be taken to a real company, rather than a fictitious one. I think someone needs to update their listings.

Placed my order for deliver almost one hour ago and it is already 20 minutes past the delivery time. Tried to call Five Guys and their line is busy.

Just awul just really don't know what else to say they never answered me back or gave me any sort of indication of what was going on with my appointment so that's where I'm at with the entire situation have a good 2022

I had an appointment scheduled and confirmed it with them via text. I drove 1.5 hours to the north side and when I got there no one answered the door or the phone. After 20 minutes of waiting they responded via text to say “sorry but we’re in Florida. I’ll call on Monday when I return.” (Our appointment was for Saturday morning.) My wife and I woke up early, drove 1.5 hrs to get our car detailed prior to a trip, and they not only didn’t cancel beforehand but didn’t even have the courtesy to call us back and apologize or explain their mistake. I absolutely would not recommend. They were extremely unprofessional.

Recently brought in my 72 Chevy Nova to get a interior detail and the only thing done was my seats for practically 145$. I spent 70 for seats and floor and he didn't honor my Groupon, which i paid 75$ for. What wasn't cleaned was my headliner, steering wheel, dash, doors. None of those parts were touched with any products. Only the floor and seats were washed. If you ever come here for a detail. I would only recommend getting your seat's cleaned. They owner is nice but hard to locate. If your having trouble contacting them heres there new address. 8073 Castleton RdIndianapolis, IN 46250United States

I had to call 3 times to get appointment. 9:00am was the appointment time. No one came, had to call and they said they would be there. They arrived 1.5 hours late. They also charged me a extra $30 because of pet fee. They wanted the $30 paid in cash. I would not recommend.

I purchased the Groupon for my wife's truck. I was trying to make an appointment for three weeks out. First I emailed the address listed on the Groupon and received a reply to call 225-7701. I called the number and left vm two or three times. I did receive a call back once, from a different number, that went to my vm. I then called again and left another vm. A few days later I received a return call, again from a different number. First when I told him that I had left several messages he asked what number I called. I explained I called the number on the Groupon, on the reply email and on the website. He said that was the wrong number to call, but if I called the wrong number how did the return caller get my number? When I explained that I had a Groupon and wanted to get the interior detail for Saturday June 19 the gentleman on the phone told me the Groupon is only good for weekdays, which was not noted in the "fine print" of the Groupon. He asked if I could drop the truck during the week but I couldn't as we both work downtown and need the car. He then offered an appointment on 6/26 but we were going to a wedding, part of why I wanted the detailing, and would not be in Indy. He then said that he would call back for an appointment on 7/3, which I reminded him was a holiday and he said he would take care of it. Today is 7/7 and I have not heard back and the Groupon expired. I expect at some point, hopefully, someone from Triple R Detailing reaches out to me to remedy the situation but I am not holding my breath.

Brought my dad's farm/country vehicle to Reggie. He did an exceptional job cleaning out hay, pet hair and more. Thorough + fast. Smells nice too. Thanks Reggie. Will recommend

Beware of this company. I bought a Groupon, called, left a msg, called again 2 days later, they finally called me back. Took from March 17th to March 22 to get an appt. I made an appt for a few days later and arrived 15 min early. Called and was told to park in front of building. They kept mentioning the fact that when they called the day before and asked for a confirmation call back that I never called them back to confirm. I usually don't call places back because I'm always punctual. NOWHERE on the Groupon does it say, We will cancel your appt if you don't confirm, when I brought this up they say it's our company policy. All the Groupon states is the cancelation policy. Also, any website link you click on it goes to unknown domain. They sent the manager out to my car who stood on front of my car staring at me, I waved at him twice. I assumed he was coming over to talk to me and get my keys. But NO, he began to explain to me that my appt was cancelled because I didn't call them back. I asked him also, why did you ask me if I was going to get out of my car? He said to talk or whatever. Very odd and rude.. So, I leave and call the person who I talked to earlier. Left a msg, they immediately called me back to argue that this is their company policy. I said, why don't you say that on your phone message to me, it's not on Groupon, website doesn't work. It's almost like a Trick. Maybe they don't like Groupon? He proceeded to talk over me the entire time, obviously the customer does not matter here. At the end he had the nerve to say Have a Blessed Day. Buyer Beware of this companies strange policy.

The Groupon for this place is a complete bait and switch. The Groupon is for a full interior and exterior detail. He told us he needed to do "extra work" and there would be an up charge. We told him we didn't want the extra work so he only did half of what should have been done. He was rude on the phone and in person. 0 stars.
