I’m here right now while the blinking sign says they are open it is 730pm and the door is locked with a sign that says closed will be back at 10pm.

While the rest of the community was packing the stores seeking cranberry sauce and perhaps even a turkey, Thanksgiving Eve found me in need of an air filter., Went to Pro Hardware having read rave reviews on NextDoor. Upon entry, I told the clerk what I needed. Rather than assisting this 68 yr old senior, he simply pointed me in the direction. Had to search high & low before, FINALLY finding the correct size. Customer service a bit lacking on that evening.

This place is amazing, I had to make some copies of my office key after locking my keys in my office. Crazy I know, but things happen. The staff here was so friendly and helpful and got me all the copies of the keys that I needed. The price point was amazing as well! As an added perk, after completing my errand, I was also able to purchase some tasty ice cream from them as well! Not a place I'll use frequently but glad to know that it's super close to my apartment if I ever need to use it.

The store at 71st & Binford at 12:30 AM was closed or the door was locked with the 2 OPEN signs flashing bright as day. Either way it wasn't 24-hour if you couldn't get in to shop. I was doing a plumbing repair that had the water turned off for the entire house and really needed it back on before 6AM so that others would have it's use, so I decided to try Trust Hardware since my wife had been talking about it. I ended up going to ask of them trying to find the adaptor I needed. It ended up being a 3-hour journey that landed me only one part that I obtained from the Lawrence Store. I felt good going to that last location but it wasn't to be. Fortunately, I was able to retrofit the second valve with parts I already had and had the water back running for all. It is a shame because that Binford Store looked very promising from outside looking in...

A solid neighborhood hardware store feel. They may not have everything, but if it’s late, they can be a life saver!

Kevin was amazing!!! I was working with on a unique project that the guys in my life were giving me a hard time about. So I go into the hardware store and explain to Kevin what I’m trying to do and hold by breath. Kevin says “let’s do it!” Wow he really gave me the confidence I needed to do my project!!! Sometimes all you need is a few supplies and a go get ‘em! Thanks Kevin. Love small businesses because they love the small dreamers.

Very conveniently located. 24-Hr service (June 2021) is amazing considering most places that were open pre covid times now close early i.e. Superwalmart. Needed plumbing tape / teflon for an emergency sink plumbing job.Noticed they have 2 large ice bag machines as soon as you walk in for only 97 cents per bag! This is the place if you need to make drinks after hours or if your a restaurant needing ice.Side note: as soon as you walk in on the right, you can pick up Ben n Jerry's or Gelato as well.

Great little hardware store with reasonable prices and a surprisingly good variety of products, given its small size.

It's fine I guess if you need something super mainstream, that you can easily find at Home Depot or Menards, but if you're looking for something for an actual project or something off the wall, this isn't the place. I was hoping it could be a New Palestine hardware replacement for me but nah. If you live close and don't want to go to the home improvement stores to buy stuff I'm sure this store will have what you need. For me, I'm still buying on Amazon or hiking it to New Pal..
