I give 4_stars because there's always room to do better. I've been a guest for 9 years, and I have seen improvements. For starters the costumer service amped up the bilingual while using the Kiosk. Presentation and communication starts with great understanding of what was shown on ones phone ECT. Which brings me to the rooms plus. Being a Vendor working stadiums across the U.S. I hit a lot of Hotel- Motels and even the so called 5 *'s have there issues. Me myself I love the night crew they have great C.Service and for today's inflatable times $. The price can't be beat also when tennants leave you have no way of monitoring who drops off what roach or bedbug from their last filthy location. All R.Inn can do is combat them and hope for the best also tennants be acting like plumber's breaking in walls and self stripping pipes before calling on maintenance. Last but not least Laxmi the 9pm to 5am eastern standard time customer service is very very professional and every bit worth the business stay even when it's not perfect she puts you at ease with answers to all your questions with no rush.Now that I mentioned it imma go ahead and give this review a 5....

You are created by an ATM style machine with a virtual image of someone who pretends to not speak English. Refund = cost of 1 night or in other words no refunds even is it is minutes after the reservation. Stark cell block style rooms. Every footstep echos down the hallway.

The receptionist was nice, but the truck was kinda dirty, didn't run great, and a little over a quarter of a tank short. I took pictures of the gas gage, as well as the general condition of the truck.

BEWARE they will try to take advantage of you.The check in process was fine.Upon retuning the key - it was awkward and lady was not helpful and was interested in getting me checked out.Two hours later I got a $66 fuel charge. TAKE PICS OF EVERYTHING AND KEEP RECEIPTS.I returned it with extra fuel, and was able to file a dispute on my 9 mile total trip but I feel that this is legalized theft and the integrity of the company and their karma will have to be taken care of in time. Shameful company.

Would give zero stars if I could. First room that was booked had roaches everywhere. Ceiling, floor, under the bed, on the bed, dead and alive. Also was being charged $150+ for per night when online it was maybe $75-80. Non refundable and front desk was meh. 0/0 not recommended.

If I could go 0 that would not be good enough. Stay the Fuck away from here. First room they tried to stick us in a homeless person would not stay in it. The second they tried to push on us was just a little better. Last room no choice we was to tired and had to take cause it's 2am was well shit also. Stay the hell away from the place

Worst hotel ever. My family and I (2 rooms) had the misfortune of staying in rooms 117 (me) and 123. The young man behind the counter was slouched in his chair. Never stood up when I walked up to the counter. I asked for a luggage cart. He got me a laundry cart. That was the best thing that happened all weekend. I got to my room then went back to the lobby to ask where the ice machine was. I was told it was broken. That was a good thing because the ice bucket was all sticky. When I finally got into bed, I noticed the sheets did not fit the bed. Under the sheet was a stained mattress. Disgusting. The towels had to be 10 years old and gray. In their previous life I can only think they were rags. The little fridge did keep things cold but it hadn't been defrosted since installation. All of the laundry equipment was outside of rooms in the back near the pool. There were large chunks of concrete back there also. I asked for a box of Kleenex but never got it. The walls were filthy. Service was non-existent. I have stayed in some of the finest hotels in the world. I have also stayed in some not to good ones. They can't all be the Ritz. Worst hotel experience ever. They need to burn it down and start from scratch. Just horrible.

Where should I start? How about the run down lobby that's in total disrepair? Wait... that's the very best part about this place. Opening the door to the room, we were greeted with a stench that smelled like a combination of raw sewage and Lysol. Lovely! Once we got past that, we noticed that there was no refrigerator (as was advertised). We could live with that, but then we noticed that there was no phone, and shockingly, no alarm clock, either. What did the Royal Inn have? I'd be happy to tell you.... * Roaches * Blood stains on the sheets * Mold * The need for an armed guard in the lobby * Non-working ice machine * A shower that had enough water pressure to almost get your hair wet * A large animal of some kind running around above the water-stained ceiling * Best of all, Royal Inn had neighborhood drug dealers who would prop open the back door and deal drugs in the stairwell next to our room. We had the police remove them once, but they came back. The hotels reaction to it when we contacted the agency who we booked through and complained and demanded that they let us check out and try to find a different (and safer) place to stay was "We had the police remove the drug dealers. No refunds." They couldn't have cared less. Absolutely unbelievable. This is, quite literally, the very worst hotel I have ever been in, and I wouldn't stay there again if my house burned down and they offered me a room for free. It was that bad, and I was embarrassed that I'd brought my family there. If you're considering staying at The Royal Inn in Indianapolis, I hope you read this first, and for the safety of your yourself and your family, pick another place.

Worst U-Haul experience ever! Called the morning of my pick up to confirm everything and the guy who answered the phone was very rude. I asked for an exact location and he got smart and hung up on me. When I called back I kept getting a "Magic Jack" recording voicemail. Tried calling back several times and he kept hanging up the phone. Ended up calling from another number for him to answer. I told him that was very rude and unprofessional to hang up on me. He said he's too busy to answer questions over the phone and I could've looked up the location online and asked any questions once I got there. Half hour later, I received a call that they were over booked and my reservation was canceled the day of my move!! Who has time for shenanigans like this?! From now on I'll stick to a location that's strictly U-Haul and not a shady hotel trying to make money on the side renting U-Haul trucks.
