My dad and I were dropping the keys off for a box truck we used to move some of my furniture. A young lady first assisted my dad and I and informed us she would put the keys in later. I asked for confirmation to ensure that the keys were returned. She appeared to be in a rushed state but eventually noticed something weird and reached out to the appropriate manager on staff, Rashay who was incredibly patient and detail oriented. Rashay located the issue which was that the wrong truck box was originally selected back at the UHaul Hendersonville location. It appears that the gentleman from Hendersonville accidentally made an error when selecting the truck box however this happens and this was quickly resolved. Thank you Rashay ☀️ The hair looks incredible.The reason this is not 5 stars is that this would have fallen back onto my dad, or any Individual, due to language barrier.

The staff here were all very courteous and polite, as well as being helpful. They displayed patience while helping me to figure out the "location share" issues too. Far too many workers in service related jobs are angry. This is the complete opposite of how I was I was treated and the staff at that location was absolutely amazing

I wasn’t sure what to do upon drop off so I had already dropped my keys before being able to take any pics of anything. It would have been helpful if the clerk told me what to expect upon drop off. Hopefully I’m not charged for anything I’m not supposed to be charged for.

After waiting at the empty check out counter I had to go find someone to help me pick up my reservation. The customer service was Bad, and I was then told there would be a $200 deposit… I have rented from U-Haul many times without having the put a deposit down so I’m not sure why this was made up on the spot. I was able to rent from a different location with no deposit and much better service.

Service sucks, I return my truck, it said wait in truck for employee it's one employee currently checking a vehicle in front of me and he is on his phone. I'm patiently waiting and no one comes out to check me in or out whatever the cast so I I call, then 3 employees are there, the one that was on the phone, the female that answered the phone and another guy. I was told I did not need to wait and I could go 2 and a half hours later, right at closing time, I get a call look for the truck I've already turned in and they hang up I called back several times but they are now closed and I'm owed money back because they took a deposit down on my card.

We were charged an additional $140 after dropping off a pickup truck that we had for less than 24 hours. My husband had to spend over half an hour on the phone with the manager because the GENIUSES that work here thought he should have brought the truck back with 3/4 tank of gas … when it was GIVEN to us with 1/4 tank. We literally have it in writing.The entire rest of the experience was wonderful, but this has COMPLETELY ruined it. I would never rent from here again without a MAJOR apology and refund for my husband’s time and energy sunk into this RIDICULOUS issue.

The rate will go up and no notice would be given. And they charge you a late fee EVEN THOUGH YOUR ON AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS and lied to say you didn’t pay on the due date! And the employees are LAZY. They will hire anybody

Went at 6:35pm for a propane refill but they told me they were closed. Close at 7, I understand if I was real close to closing time because I get it. Takes 5min or less to fill the tank. Worker was already outside.

Service sucks walk in ask for trailer some dude behind counter said we ain't got none I go in parking lot make reservation and get the trailer on their lot you need more professional staff and they need to pull pants up. My last time using.

The rental process was actually pretty quick. Smartphone is required to digitally sign the paperwork. They also let you upload pictures of any previous damage, and mileage. The rental of a storage shed was kinda rushed, and access card usage was not explained very well. Prices seemed inline with the rest of the competition too.
