I can't tell you anything about you all except the parking lots big enough to flip a U-turn if you ever get stuck going on that road and if you see that weight limit sign you're in a semi you can flip a U-turn and get out of there before you go over your feet limit where the hell it is

The only thing is they should also have a pull in load/unload place. Other than that everyone is wonderful and it's nice clean and secure

This self storage facility has no onsite personnel to assist any self storage customer. I was never able to access my unit or get help to access my unit. On the date of purchase I was unable to access the unit. I tried to call for assistance with no answer. I also tried to speak to someone at the offices attached to the self storage. The person inside tried to speak to me through a glass door to inform me that they have "nothing to do" with the self storage and referred me to a location down the street. I went to that location as they were closing and they also said they "have nothing to do" with the self storage location I am at and referred me to call a 1800 number. I called the 1800 number and they told me I need to speak to someone at the location and they also cannot help me. Today I visit the offices again on E Washington again to try and resolve this and a gentleman at the front desk listens to my issue and then slaps a swipe card on the counter. I pick it up and ask "so I should use this instead of my access code?". He respondes "yes" and that's it. I go back to my self storage location and I still cannot gain access. I approach the same gentleman at the desk, and he throws his hands up in the air and says "well there's nothing that I can do!". I see hes very frustrated so I try to calm him down and I say "its ok. I just need to cancel this, get my money back, and move on". He processes a cancellation (i assume) the slaps two pieces of paper on the counter. I respond, "So this is a cancellation? When should I expect the refund to be processed". He responds "45 days". That's it. I walk away and say thank you.No one at U Haul could assist me or was interested in assisting me. I had to use my own customer service skills from my day job to interact with your staff.

Pam, apparently the GM, was one of the rudest people I have ever interacted with for customer service. She felt it was more important to finish her smoke and story than it was to let her coworker help us hook up a simple trailer we had already paid for. Would not recommend for that reason alone. Very disappointing.

Can’t get ahold of anyone and I’ve been trying to get ahold of the manager or anyone at the office all weekend. My unit has no lights in it and the unit beside it was forcibly broken into. I just rented this unit last week and have yet to speak to a human.Stay away from this company.

Terrible customer service. I took my vehicle in to get wiring installed for a trailer and they had the wrong parts. They told me they will order the parts and call when they came in. Never heard back from them. They don't return calls and the manager was unable to be reached. I won't come back here for anything.

The GM Pam on East Washington St is a racist! Me and my spouse had a difficult time with her which in itself caused everything we had purchased to be free of charged and reimbursed.
