The staff at this location was VERY helpful with a different and stressful move that I just completed.I had to delay the pickup of a vehicle transport trailer because I needed to complete loading the truck before connecting to trailer.I had to reschedule that pickup several times because loading the truck took several days longer than I expected.When I finally got it loaded and picked up the transport, they helped me get it connected and loaded so I could transport my car safely.

Had a hitch installation scheduled for 1/6/24. Store manager, Antonio, calls me the day of installation asking if I can bring it in before my appointment time. I was unable due to work obligations. Manager tells me he will reschedule me for the following Monday and get back to me with the time. Instead of contacting me he just cancelled the reservation and refunded my money.

The location, condition of our rental, and customer service wasn't anything to write home about, but it got the job done.Our biggest issue was with the 24/7 pickup. It didn't work for us at all. We found nowhere in my account, either online or in the app, to click "pick up my truck" and start the process of picking up our rental like all of the how-to videos told us to.When we called the help phone number, there was no menu option to put me through to someone with the 24/7 pickup team. So I spoke to a (very kind) lady who told me that since we arrived to pick up our rental later than we expected to be able to (hello, life with a toddler) and it was after our scheduled pickup time (but still before this particular location was open), we needed to change our pickup time with the 24/7 team before we'd be able to pick it up. First of all, no where in any of my confirmation emails/texts/etc. was there an indication that I'd have issues trying to pick up my rental if we were past our scheduled time. But there were *plenty* of warnings that if we were early, it wouldn't work.I was transferred to the 24/7 team and waited 30 minutes on hold to get through to them, and by that time, this location opened and we just picked up our rental with the employees inside.It was a massive inconvenience, frustration, and headache to deal with all of this, especially when we were running behind on a tight timeline that morning already and I had done all the prep work to try and ensure this went as smoothly as possible. We are extremely disappointed and frustrated with our experience trying to use the "convenience" of the 24/7 pickup option and don't recommend using it.

I moved across the country with several of the enclosed trailers. The state I moved from said this was the closest drop off location to my new place so I trusted this to be the case. I wish I had done a little more research and had the trailers shipped to the Keystone location, which was MILES more professional and in a much better area. I was going to store quite a bit in one of the on site UHaul storage units, until I actually saw them in person. It would have been a LOT easier to store them there rather than driving to another location, but it's not located in the best neighborhood and it didn't feel safe or secure. I ended up getting a storage unit at Public Storage. The day the trailers were supposed to be delivered I called to see when I could come and grab the first to take and unload. I was told they had not arrived yet and to call back the next day. No big deal, I wasn't in any hurry. When I called the NEXT day I was told they had already BEEN there for a few days... whatever... easy mistake. So... I arranged to come in to pick up the first trailer. It was supposed to be staged and ready. BUT, shocker, it was NOT ready and wasn't going to BE ready for at least 1/2 hour to 45 min, which of course, turned out to be twice as long. This turned out to be the case for ALL of the trailers. LOTS OF WAITING. The employees there are definitely less than motivated to help you- rather than helping me, two of the girls were much more interested in carrying on their conversation about whether or not one of them should keep the CAT that she had just adopted (no, I'm not kidding). The store manager was the only person who was actually helpful, but he unfortunately wasn't around a lot. It was a frustrating experience for sure. Most of the time I had to literally roam the lot looking for someone to help me. Not fun in 90 plus degree heat. I would definitely recommend a hard PASS on renting from this particular location.

Got told to go to 3 different locations each time. Had front desk tell everyone they didn’t know what they were doing. Went the next day to have another employee say the same thing, to contact someone. Contacted that other employee, they never answered. Waited almost a week for my stuff. Finally get our stuff, a month later they call trying to charge me over $100. Seems like no one is trained properly.

I am astounded by the customer service that Antonio provided. Came in early to pick my truck up and was treated by him with friendly and exceptional service. He assured me someone would be there to assist me with hitching my truck up around 4p. There was a mishap, and he ended up coming up DURING HIS FAMILY TIME, to keep his word and make sure that I was good on my country wide trip from Indiana to Texas. If he is not the owner of the store, it sure felt like it. And if he’s not, I’d go all in with Antonio for sure!

The 24/7 service is a lie. I set up to pick up my truck half an hour before the store opened. When I showed up to pick it up, I got a message that I could not pick up the truck until the store opened. There was a long line of people dealing with the same thing. The employees were great but they need to stop advertising 24 hours.

They need to take some math classes because they charged me for an extra day but was so frustrated with the experience I just wanted to get out of the Michigan Rd store.Picked up trailer and they made me load it by myself. I had to track them down for the extension trailer wire lights. Unreal. Within 15 minutes I realized the trailer had 2 flat tires and had to call road side assistance. They ended up putting 2 new tires on.The manager never even apologized for giving me a trailer with flat tires and ended up overcharging me. U-haul never gave me a credit for time lost and the inconvenience. They just expect you to put up with their lack of professionalism.

Stopped here to pick up a trailer for their load share program. I was told when I agreed to participate and tow the trailer for a discount on my rental it would be a quick process to pick it up and they would have it ready when I arrived. I had advised them 24 hours in advance what time I would be there. We arrived on time, waited 45 minutes for the trailer, they said they hadn't started putting it together until after we arrived, and another 40 for him to get the paperwork done while he helped a customer who came in 45+ minutes after us. I am driving across the country and am on a strict time constraint. I would never recommend doing business at this location.

The person I dealt with seemed a bit unhappy with the current customer. When it came to my propane refill, the employee was friendly and helpful. Very good experience. I will definitely return for future business.

I had to deliver one box to this facility and I was running a little late. I called them a few hours in advance and the gentleman at the receiving office was very kind to wait for me after normal receiving hours. As a truck driver that helped a lot. Instead of waiting there until the next day, I was back on the road to my other drop. Thanks for your help!!!

This location is HOT GARBAGE! Scheduled a Van pick up for 6pm with a person at the physical location, the lady taking the information didn't input the key data. I sat here for 30+ mins trying to get a hold of ANYONE from U-Haul just to be told that sure my vehicle is here, but the key isn't in the pick up box. They then proceeded to tell me I can drive clear across town to pick one up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION!

Always take picture from gas gauge and millage specially for this store!I rented a 10' truck and returned it with the same amount of gas but they charged me for the Fuel . Fortunately, I had the picture from the dashboard and it shows that they reported incorrectly and charged me wrong. Who knows how many customer got charged and lost money.Never trust this store!
